Large room; very comfortable bed; large bathroom with strong hot shower; good location.
The coffeemaker in my room did not work for making coffee though I could make hot tea.

The staff was wonderful, especially Fernando. Place was clean and centrally located.
The room lacked charm and detail like the pictures they posted. Staining of wood was incomplete in our bedroom ceiling rafters. There was no chair to sit down to enjoy the balcony. The elevator glass (doors and shaft) were dirty. I wouldn’t complain if I didn’t spend as much as I did for three nights. My wife and I did expect a more upscale feel, like the online pictures. It just didn’t hit the mark.
