Clean place. Close to the Cathedral.

I have stayed there before. It is very convenient for the centre of Santiago. It is close to the airport bus stop. The staff are very helpful. I had to drop off a bicycle and they had secure free storage.

Was close to the cathedral, beds were made upon arrival, well stocked kitchen, got a towel.
I messaged the albergue two days before my arrival to ask for a lower bunk as I was walking from Padron which is approximately 26 km away. The lady said I couldn’t reserve a lower bunk which was the first time I wasn’t able to in a private albergue on my whole Camino. Let me also say that I was staying there for three days. On the second day of my stay, I see a note on the bed next to me saying that it was - reserved! This really ticked me off and made me wonder what is the criteria for being able to reserve a lower bunk here?
