Eva and her Brother were incredibly kind and welcoming! From storing my bag till check in was open to explaining entry into the hotel later in the evening, I felt like a welcome guest. And the room was immaculate and clearly well cared for. It’s just outside the central part of Santiago, meaning close to everything but a bit removed from the noise. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect.
Hotel is in a historical building and very beautiful. There is no hotel sign outside because of the historical monument designation. We found it by the house number
Eva was very helpful with suggestions for the dinner and breakfast.
The hotel has modern equipment, beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms were impeccable.
Location is great. 10 min walk to the center and the Cathedral, and very close to Camino.

Lovely, modernised building. Room was spacious, with a large bathroom. Good aircon. Close to the ancient centre and right next to the airport bus-stop. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly.

Very friendly receptionist that even helped me with my bag. Very modern room and very clean.
Lack of soundproofing. I slept very badly the one night I stayed because I could hear noise and footsteps from the adjacent room.
