The room was very comfortable and everywhere throughout was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient. A great venue for accessing the North Norfolk coastline and would not hesitate in staying again.

Excellent short break

We loved our room. It was extremely comfortable and warm. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom well appointment. We had everything we needed. I was also appreciative of the menu catering for my gluten free needs. All in all it was a lovely stay.

A lovely relaxing place to stay with friends.

Lovely evening meal, with great service and attentive staff, very relaxing dining area. Room was very spacious, lovely and warm, very clean with very well thought out facilities. Had a great night's sleep and a lovely breakfast before we set off home.

Room was very warm upon arrival, not really a complaint, just very warm for two ladies of a certain age! We just turned the heater off before going for dinner and it was a lovely temperature on our return.

Everything you would want from. a lovely pub with accommodation👍

Where can I start😄lovely pub, brilliant helpful staff, great food… spotlessly clean, dog friendly ( an area where your dog can be with you whilst you eat) walk in shower and a bath, ground floor spotless comfortable room, easy parking, attractive grounds (when the weather suits)will certainly return and would highly recommend👍

Convienent comfortable B&B attached to a pub/restaurant reasonably close to Norwich

Generous room size with spacious ensuite. Easy parking. Attached bar and restaurant were good. This was our 3rd or 4th visit over the years.

Friendly staff and spacious room. Quiet in evening and night as the room was in a separate building from the inn. There was plenty of free parking. Nice decor in rooms.

We pointed out to staff that there was no soap dish in the shower and it would helpful for future guests if they fitted one.

Only glad that we were staying just the one night.

Staff were all very nice, food was good

Room too hot (fan too weak to help), no view out of window at all (roof tiles view only). Green emergency charge light too bright (room illuminated green throughout the night) fairly cramped room even with small double bed. en-suite small. Bed poor felt the springs and woke with hip pain. Pillows poor quality and uncomfortable. unable to sleep at all, it is a shame that the room was so bad as the Marsham Arms is a nice place with excellent staff, maybe we were just unlucky with the room we were given.

Great B&B

The location for us was great. The room is so big that we could have had a king-size bed. Rather than a small double bed. The breakfast was lovely. Food in the bar had a great selection. Super dog friendly. Staff are really nice. Plenty of parking and lovely grounds

Evening meals were very good. We had a very nice room. We believe some of the rooms could be noisy but our room was fine. Lovely complimentary teas, coffees, hot chocolate & bottled water replenished every day. Nice relaxing gardens.

Great food, great staff, great service

Plenty of car parking, a pleasant outside area. Room was very comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The staff were excellent, very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was very good.

The slamming doors which reverberated through the stairwell and into our room. None of the room doors had a soft close and we found the noise echoed loudly as guests came and went. When we stayed it was very warm and we were disturbed by the noise levels of some guests sitting outside drinking after 11pm, both from groups staying at the inn and those who had come just for the evening and were loud as they returned to their cars. It was quite raucous but stopped around midnight.

Beautiful gardens to sit in. Restaurant was excellent & staff very friendly. We had a deluxe room which was very light & spacious. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. I slept so well.

I am not a fan of pre ordering breakfast, however that said the breakfast was superb.

The location was good for my trip. The staff were excellent and the food very good, without guests though I wonder whether this place would survive

It was isolated so once you were there you were there anything in the area a car journey . The overall place was basic and unimaginative in decor but for a 1 night stop it did what it said so to speak.
