It was very clean and has a friendly atmosphere.
We didn’t like having breakfast in the detached function room.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely garden with lots of seating but it was raining so couldn't enjoy it
Rooms need redecorating but there is a new owner so work in progress

Excellent overnight stay. The property is so much better than the photos show. Helpful and polite staff, even made us a doggy bag breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. Penthouse room was fantastic and the bed was so comfy. Will definately return. We also ate in the restuarant in the evening and the food was fantastic.

For the location was great, bar area and garden lovely. The food and breakfast we could not fault , plentiful and delicious
Room very dated but very clean. What let it down was the mold, smell of must damp dots all over wallpaper, skirting and floor in bathroom. We were only staying 1 night so made do as the bar and garden and food made up for the rooms
