Lovely home in a lovely neighbourhood and excellent breakfasts. Owners’ son, Jonathan, was our host and he was great.
Bathroom very small. Outdoor furniture could have been a bit better.

One of the highlights of our trip to Ireland was definitely our stay at Avoca House. We would like to say a huge thank you to our host, Jack, who is an absolutely wonderful person. You can truly tell when someone loves what they do! When we arrived, Jack gave us a detailed introduction to the property and our room. The house itself is fantastic, and everything was exceptionally clean. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I can genuinely say that I was impressed! The bed was extremely comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location is also fantastic. Before we even arrived, we were provided with all the information we needed, including detailed instructions on how to get to the property from the airport. Everything was so well organised and thoughtful. We were incredibly happy with our stay. The quality and attention to detail were outstanding. We are already planning to stay here again on our next trip to Dublin. Everything was wonderful. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely!

Great position in quiet neighbourhood but well connected to public transport and places of interest. Very friendly hosts. Great breakfast.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the place settings were gorgeous.
One needs to be extremely short when being placed in the attic room. I can’t tell you how many times we both bumped our heads.
