The service was very good and upon arrival, we were extensively informed about our stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities required as well as a balcony with a view on the swimming pool. The swimming pool itself was large and the game room facility was a nice addition. It was also nice that a free shuttle bus transfer to Ao Nang was provided. The food in the restaurant is also very good such as the Pad Kra Pao or the massaman curry. I see some fellow Dutch people complaining about the food, but if you're expecting quality fries and pizza here on the other side of the world, maybe it's best to stay gezellig thuis.
As mentioned by other reviews, the low performance of the AC remains the main drawback of this resort. It seems like the system cannot cope with the humid weather of Krabi. The AC was set at a pleasant 25C and it was able to cool down even further, but the humidity would remain high. Nevertheless we were able to sleep through the night without any problems. If the AC would be modernized, it would improve the experience a lot.

A very peaceful and lovely property. The room was very clean and spacious with good facilities. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff helpful. They run a shuttle to Hong Island from just outside the entrance if there are 4 - 8 people interested. The shuttle to au nang was good, but the town itself was not very interesting. I did a lovely walk from the hotel on the beach just past the South Port. Until there it is along the road for about 10 mins, past the 7/11 and a couple of good seaside restaurants. When the tide is out, you can walk for miles along past all the big resorts.
A little remote, but there are bicycles to borrow and tuk tuks around should you need one. There are not many sun loungers, but to be honest you wouldn’t want to cram them in as it would spoil the ambience.

Quiet. Beautiful setting. Fab room. Super breakfast.
Due to the trees surrounding the swimming pool, there were very few sun loungers which were in the sun.

All the little things that ramp up the experience. Extremely caring and welcoming staff. Excellent food in restaurant with gorgeous presentation. Complimentary shuttle to Ao nang. Afternoon tea/snacks.
Could do with more lounge chairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and especially kind and playful with our kids, which truly made our stay extra special. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. The quiet, peaceful location and lovely pool area made it very relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for everyone. Outstanding value for money and easily one of our favorite stays in Thailand.
The restaurant prices are a bit high. Also, the location is quite remote. There are two small local restaurants and a 7-Eleven within walking distance, but for more choice you need a taxi to reach the main village with more restaurants and bars. The hotel does offer free bicycles and scooter rentals are available nearby, but with small kids these aren’t really practical options.

This is hotel exceeded our expectations and I'm disappointed that I didn't book for a longer stay here. What I liked:
* Right from the staff at reception, the dining staff, the cleaning staff, everyone was so friendly which sets the tone.
* This hotel gives "resort" type feels.
* The rooms are so spacious and the decor is authentic and classy. Enough space for suitcases and not to feel like you have to walk around luggage and furniture .
" The beds are huge in size. We booked 2 rooms. Although we had to change one of the rooms due to an issue in the room, this was fine seamlessly and didn't dampen our stay there
*The bathrooms were clean, bright and airy, with amenities provided.
" I liked that the hotel provides a clothes drying rack for swimwear and towels which makes it convenient
*There was a variety of options to choose from for breakfast and being vegetarian, our choices were not limited.
* The nearby beach was the best, as it was not overcrowded. It was clean and the water crystal clear. Even the restaurants in the area provided a wide variety of food and we were able to even enjoy a fire show in the evening near the Italian restaurant.
* The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from Aonang at certain times during the day,but you have to book in advance. This was good as its a good way if securing your spot. AONANG is so busy in comparison to the Klong Muang area and I'm glad we chose to stay here, so it felt like we were on holiday and away from the noise.
* The hotel provided a luggage storage facility on our check out day, as we book a phi phi island boat trip. This was at no extra cost
Only complaint I have, and this is more an Individual preference thing, is that the beds are too low. My husband and sons are about 1.9m tall, the bed was very low for them. But once in the bed, it's a comfortable sleep.

That we didn't stay longer!

Staff were super helpful. The pool area was lovely. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. Nice breakfast also.
Not much within walking distance (7 Eleven and one or two restaurants nearby). Expected more of a fruit selection for breakfast.

- Super attentive and friendly staff
- Comfortable rooms and plenty of facilities for a great stay
- Free shuttle busses to/from Ao Nang and free bicycles
- Excellent breakfast buffet that also includes thai recipes
The beach across the street is not one for swimming. However, you can easily borrow their bicycles and go north towards Tubkaek beach.

The rooms were clean and we had a sea view from 3rd floor. The breakfast was excellent with many healthy options, fresh fruit, vegetable shots, and treats like brownies and even mango sticky rice.
The pool area is beautiful with many private corners.
The garden is a park alike with beautiful plantations. The pool had toys for children, and even the restaurant had rocking horses. There was free ice cream or small sandwiches for the pool guests.
The staff were extremely friendly — from the restaurant and reception to the transfer driver, and especially the manager, who even drove us himself when the driver was busy and helped with everything. Their kindness really made our stay special.
The resort has a free shuttle to Ao Nang Beach.
There are three small restaurants close to the resort (one accepts card payment). 7/11 is 5 minuttes walk. The beach in front of the resort is shallow, but a very good beach is only a short drive away.

The service was very good, it’s also designed very nice with the trees and gardening. Breakfast was good and they provided free bicycles
The beach is not really welcoming, if you want a beach better go to klong muang nearby, the balconies could be more comfortable

In desperate need of some upgrading, which they are making a start on. Rooms could have been cleaner

Lovely staff so helpful and attentive
Bit of noise from rooms next door but that is more the fault of those guests being inconsiderate but maybe some for the hotel to address?

Amazing place, the location, staff and overall experience was incredible. We went for our honeymoon and wow, we would definitely recommend this place.

The elements was a nice hotel to stay in. Equipment is very good, the pool is big, the gym, game room and play room are well equipped. The restaurant is open air so that gives it a nice charm. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade into the suites and they are absolutely great, spacious, nice view. We appreciated the staff making us feel special for our birthday celebration.
There are 2 things that I think need to be addressed to make this hotel perfect.
1. The pool service. We arrived at 4:30 pm to use the pool and order cocktails and there were empty glasses on nearly all the tables, and leftovers towels on the chairs. We stayed over an hour and no one came to clean the area. This doesn't really give a good image.
2. The noise in the evening. They should have a guard or a staff member tell people to either go inside their rooms to talk or reduce noise after a certain time. Ex: after 11:00pm, the hotel should be a quiet area. We had people in different rooms talking from one balcony to another, and the day after people drinking and talking by the pool until way into the middle of the night.

2nd visit primarily because of location and facilities. Very quiet area, away from the tacky tourist noise of AoNang.
The hotel has good facilities if you are spending time there, big gym and pool, games, books, table football pool table, badminton, boche, bicycles for free. Hotel can arrange any island(s) trip with boat picking you up on beach across the road.
Excellent and friendly staff. Highly recommend for those with kids or for any family or couple who want a quieter hotel but with good facilities
Water not hot in shower, warmish only (maybe just our room). Breakfast fruit juices should be made from the juice of fruit not that sugary crap you get in cheap hotels - this is not a cheap hotel!

The hotel itself was very good, and staff very attentive. The curtesy bus to Ao Nang, at set hours, is a necessity when staying there. The room and decor was very attractive. Pool and surrounding areas extremely well presented.
Location too remote which is not stated in the description. Beach - unusable. Advertised as good and 7.7yds from hotel but full of rocks, dirty and muddy sand and completely unused by any guests during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful although the english (hot) breakfast was always cold. Empty restaurant for dinner, and food not up to standard expected. Bar non existent. Lack of shops and nearby amenities,

Great helpful staff, big room with balcony overlooking pool which Waa a good size. Very quiet resort with only 2 restaurants and a shop nearby. The restaurant at the hotel was ok, but a tad expensive.
Breakfast was average at best, most of the hot items were lukewarm.

We were vegetarian. Mr. Luk was great who looked after us, making sure he made what we liked. Thank you - Mr. Luk. Mr. Justin helped us get around and book us the activities. Thank you for your help and making our stay wonderful.
The first day we missed our dinner as they closed earlier then schedule. It would have been better if they helped us get the dinner from the restaurant or other place. But they just said they are closed.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Hotel is at the end of the main road so its very quiet.
Many Thai people staying there which is a plus as there was no screaming children or drunk tourists.
Cushions on the sun beds on the terrace should be changed as they ware in very bad condition

The Elements Krabi exceeded our expectations and we had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and we felt very welcomed. The pool and gym are also great. Highly recommend!

Buffet breakfast and the restaurant menu great quality and good value. Though had to offer instructions on how to cook pasta properly. They took our advice and then the pasta was great. Had the best fillet of Snapper meal on the last night. Kids loved the pizzas. Some local food options within a couple of minutes walk. Rooms are great, very large by normal standards. Bathrooms large. Shower head leaked sideways a bit but hey. it's Thailand. Never expect anything to work as it should.
Too far from town for going out.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice in traditional style – the beds are very comfortable, and we got a very good night's sleep here. We stayed here during rainy season and I think we were the only ones in the whole hotel, so it felt quite strange and deserted. The hotel felt a little old, and it wasn't quite what we were expecting. The gym and other facilities are basic compared to other hotels in the area. The location also isn't great as you have to cross the road to get to the nearby beach, which wasn't the nicest we've visited in the area. Otherwise, it's a pleasant hotel surrounded by trees, with a nice big pool. Probably better when it's busy!

I stayed at Elements 6-9 August and the staff really went out of their way to make it an amazing stay. I was upgraded for free on arrival (without me asking) and any requests I had were dealt with quickly and with a smile. The breakfast buffet, the pool and my room were all amazing. Highly recommend Elements for a relaxing stay!

Excellent service, great facilities (unlike many other more expensive hotels) with a full games room -pool table, table football, badminton, boche, a library, sauna, steam room along with a very ample pool. Far away from the hordes, boat service to all islands 100m away on beach. Bicycles to use. Massage on site. Good breakfast. A well run, older but classy hotel.
Surprisingly, very hard to find fault.

The villa was large and comfortable, and the facilities were also good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety of options available.
Not enough parking - one shouldn't be made to park on the street or in the vacant lot outside because of inadequate parking spaces. Nearby beach not the best swimming beach around.
5.0 / 10.0
Boutique style hotel. not busy. staff helpful and polite. proper coffee machine at breakfast.
looking very tired and in need of some attention as I’m sure most hotels are after an awful few years. breakfast was for us very disappointing….eggs were already cooked and left out on display uncovered….food poisoning waiting to happen! scrambled eggs though were cooked to order when asked.
our first room did not have a smart tv, and as a result we could not receive any English language programs….the channels were there, but looked disconnected. we requested a room change because we had a large family next to us (came to Krabi for a few days peace and quiet) our new room did have a smart tv, so we were able to watch Netflix.
Beach as others have said is not good. but also further along the road there is a huge building site/quarry….not noted anywhere. looks as if they may be building a new road. didn’t real bother us except when we decided to go for an explore along the road!
