The rooms are extremely spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The room service is excellent — fast, discreet, and always perfect. The breakfast is outstanding, offering an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality dishes prepared with great attention to detail. When it comes to activities, you are in the best hands here. The team not only makes each experience special, but also carefully plans the timing according to the tide and water levels to ensure guests have the best possible experience. A special thank you goes to our personal butler Habib, who truly elevated our stay to another level. He is attentive, professional, discreet, and intuitive — with a remarkable ability to anticipate guests’ needs and make everything effortless. His service was nothing short of world-class. We would also like to compliment General Manager Paul, who clearly leads by example. The entire resort is immaculate, and it’s evident that the whole team works in perfect harmony to create an unforgettable guest experience. In summary: Phulay Bay is pure perfection — outstanding hospitality. We also tried the other 5 star resorts - 1000% the best choice in the region!!!

For us, Phulay Bay is now the go-to hotel at Krabi.

Everything was more than perfect. Our days spent at Phulay Bay were like a dream. Every wish and request was catered to, the staff was beyond attentive, friendly and aproachable. Our butler was marvelous, very professional, yet still humanic and easily approachable. Our deepest gratitude to Angela, who made us feel like home and made our stay unforgettable. The property itself is anabsolute oasis, where little to no flaws could be detected. Despite the humid climate of Krabi, the property was in meticulous condition with very minor signs of wear. Lots of nature and good amount of wildlife, beautiful water streams with ponds across the property. The housekeeping did a very good job by noticing everything what was going on in the room. Every time the room was spotless, just perfect. Every evening, a good-night snack was left at our bedside varying each nigt. Dining was great, including the poolside menu. Pricey, but worth it.

Amazing stay

he private villa was beautiful, with a fantastic private pool, outdoor bath, and a very comfortable bed. Everything looked great and felt well maintained. I especially want to thank Aea, the private concierge, who was wonderful - very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The pool and poolside food were absolutely amazing, and I really enjoyed spending time there. The only downside was breakfast - it was very limited, and I ended up needing to take a taxi to eat elsewhere or order to the room. Also, I didn’t see a proper beach nearby, only a rocky step into the water, though I wasn’t actively looking for a beach. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciated the villa experience and the excellent service from Aea.

Breakfast could definitely be improved, as the options felt too limited for a hotel of this standard.

4 days at Ritz with family

Beautiful esthetics of the hotel, high service standards, great butler who looked after us called Yid (Thank you Yid ❤️). Nice and spacious rooms with beautiful decor and very clean. The hotel put a lot of effort into organizing the room for our arrival with 3 kids, they arranged baby bottles, sterilizer, toilet and bath accessories for kids, It was really great, thank you. Breakfast is exceptional, the food in restaurants is very good. The hotel has a great agenda of events for guests - cocktail evenings, dance shows, complimentary trips to Hong island. The pool is very nice and there are kids friends. The gym was perfect.

No beach, as the location of the hotel is on the rocky edge, however the hotel compensates with free trips to amazing hong island. Moving around the hotel was a bit challenging with 3 kids and waiting for a buddy takes time, we ended up walking up and down the hills.

Ultra luxurious, comfortable and rejuvenating stay!

What a fantastic and fabulous property! Luxurious, rejuvenating, relaxing, and ultra-comfortable! The check-in experience was great! Then a short buggy ride to the villa. We were assigned a personalized butler Ms. Boos who was ultra-helpful to take care of our every single requirement. We did a full-day Phi-Phi island boat tour and spend another full day relaxing at the property. The sunset bar, the breakfast restaurants, the spa, the property itself everything was really fantastic and enjoyable.

Very disappointing and highly overprized compared to other similar category 5 star resort in Krabi

The outdoor with tropical lush greens was fairly good and our best experience in this resort despite a poor atmosphere in general

We were highly disappointed with our stay . The villa given to us was right in front of the swimming pool which resulted in lack of privacy and all day music disturbance, consequently not meeting the standard expected from a villa in a 5 star resort. The booking was done through booking.com, which may be a reason for the management attributing us a sub-standard accommodation to us, which is unfair provided we paid full price since there were no deal on that booking. The old fashioned style design and lack of connectivity is not compensated by the oversized accommodation. As a comparison, Banyan Tree resort Krabi that provided us an amazing ultra-modern connected villa with amazing interior finishing and amazing service for half prize of Phulay Bay. The interaction with Phulay Bay stilted staff was artificial unlike every other resorts during our stay in Thailand .

Private tours package organized by hotel wasn’t matching luxury hotel concept considering the high price point. The boat they take you to phi phi island in private tour is not at luxury level plus beverages in boat is less than average. We already gave our feedback to the hotel, I am sure they will work on it.

Wow, amazing!

Everything was amazing! Crazy beautiful rooms and resort. Biggest pool I’ve ever seen. You will get a personal butler who will think along with you and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. And the 4-meter bed, wow! So comfy. Great food and lots of choice as well. 10/10!

- Wonderful staff, very attentive and catered to our every need. That made the whole difference! Even when faced with a language barrier from the cleaners, everyone was so kind and genuinely friendly. - Bed is incredibly comfortable and 4 meters wide. Couldn't top this anywhere else in Thailand. - Best food we had in Thailand throughout our 10 day trip, their western food is equally as good as the thai. Our 5 year old really enjoyed their homemade tomato sauce penne. - Breakfast is rich and delicious. - Hong island tour is a must do! - Spa is really nice A big thank you to our butler Patty-Jeans, to Tanya and Ann among everyone else who was so kind.

This property is simply amazing. The hospitality and service are the best we have had anywhere and we travel a lot. Our personal concierge and all the staff are eager to please and make your stay memorable and unique. So many personal touches were added and they helped to customize our excursions. We went by private boat to Phi Phi islands and other spots to swim and snorkel. The kayaking in the mangrove forest was also spectacular. The food and drinks are very good. The spa is amazing. ~The bar and beach area are relaxing and perfect place for sunsets. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at for its beautiful beach front location and exceptional hospitality. We would definitely come back again and were very sad to leave.

Amazing scenery and super well maintained facility. The Hong Island trip organized by the hotel was excellent! The bed was also impressive, which is 400x200cm! Kids can roll several times from one end to the other. Food is a bit pricey but good. Recommend trying the Thai restaurant and arranging a BBQ on the beach. Oven baked pizza for kids was very good too.

We booked a Pavillion but get a free upgrade to a Pool Villa. The room, the villa, the spa, the infinity pool and restaurants all can have a beautiful view. Our butler is nice and all staff are friendly. Must try the complementary trip to Hong Island with the long boat. We have our nice RC memories.

Absolutely faultless resort. we travel extensively and I can easily say that this is my favourite hotel.

The views, location, staff, service, food, cleanliness and room were all nothing short of incredible. Very child friendly for such a high end hotel. We didn’t want to leave!
