Best vacation stay ever. Feels like home. i want to stay longer next time I come back. Loved it so much, except the bugs

Feels like home. Staffs are so welcoming and very friendly. Sirkane, Dear are so attentive and their staffs are hard workers, and always cleaning. 👏👍 Our beds are fresh and clean all the time. 🥰👍 Every time we request a shuttle services, all of them are early, from our schedule pick up and drop off, and never makes us wait. 🥰👍 They provide water bottles, clean towels all the time without even asking., Great views and restaurant served warm and fresh meals, are the best food ever. We love the atmosphere 🥰

My sister got bitten by the bed bugs from the restaurant chairs. Need to disinfect the chair cushions. One of the guest had missed the step up from bath room floor going to the bedroom area. They should put a cushion in a triangle shape in red, to see, that it is a step up. I myself hit my toes with my slippers on, and hit the edge of that elevated floor, and hurt my big toe. Employee’s should have name tags..

Beautiful, peaceful, great breakfast and relaxing views

Very calm, right on the beach. One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve stepped foot on. Roomy little chalet with huge shower and great balcony. I appreciated that the other visitors were also friendly saying good morning, big change from my previous hotel

Relaxing stay -

We really liked the villas/bungalow. The beds were very nice! The bathroom spacious and fresh! We stayed for two nights and that was perfect for us.

Expensive restaurants nearby (not typical thai prices). And if you really love soft sand beaches this is not it. You need shoes! But this is not the hotels fault. Keep that in mind.

Amazing location and view. The bungalow was spacious and very nice interior. Amazing big shower. They built them very well! Every detail is there. The beach is amazing. Would definitely come back again.

Maybe improve the entrance The sign is a bit old and the entrance is not very good looking in my opinion. However overall great place.

Fantastic stay, everyone loved the food, service, staff, and facilities. This was a perfect getaway!

My family and I loved our cute beachside bungalows. We walked out to breakfast and we're right on the beach. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. We had breakfasts, lunches, and some dinners there and this is definitely the best restaurant on this beach with the best service. They have amazing smoothies and drinks. The view from the hotel overlooking the ocean was perfect for a relaxing getaway whether we were getting massages, having a smoothie, or sitting in front of our bungalow. I cannot recommend this place more.

We had a fantastic stay looked after by wonderful people in an idyllic location.

We loved the location and the laid back feel. However the food was amazing, and every detail was catered for such as umbrellas in the room. The staff absolutely made the stay, they were so friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We were very sad to leave!

Value for money in a beautiful location!

Rooms are right on the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is small but they made very nice and tasty vegetarian dishes . Service is good. Short walk along beach to other restaurants which are more pricy.

The shower in our room was not working. The hot water was barely there and was inconsistent. They couldn’t fix it. Breakfast options are limited.

- Gorgeous facilities, beach, room... - Quiet - Good food at the restaurant - Comfortable and clean room.

- The first impression when arriving is quite bad, they could make the parking/reception area much more inviting. - Wifi didnt work at all in the bungalows. - I was there in the off season and the breakfast was poor some of the days, other days it was great. - Staff were helpful but not very friendly

Awfull

There’s is nothing that words could describe how bad the service and hospitality was at this resort. I checked out early and booked in at the nearby Sofitel. The staff and service at this resort was worse then terrible. If I had to put in writing what was wrong with this place my pen would run out of ink.Staff had no communication skills what do ever. Avoid this resort like the plague

Chilled

Very quiet resort area. Not a lot to do but sit and chill. Make sure you have mossie spray as about day and night. Stunning sunsets. Tide does go out far and sea is a very shallow. The resort would benefit highly from having even a small pool installed. Rooms are really nice, really comfy bed. Restaurant prices have increased loads compared to menu on Google. We ate at the next door Restaurant as prices were much better. A shame really as we would like to have ate at the resort. Not sure how usual it is but the whole strip of hotels back onto a nature reserve and saw a king cobra on the beach one day. Which was shepherded away by hotel staff.

Stunning views and very nice accommodation

A small resort with amazing views on a beautiful beach. Grounds are well tended and the room is comfortable. The lady organizing the tours is very competent and efficient and the staff in general are very friendly. Great location for exploring Krabi province.

I had a wonderful 6 nights there.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble for them. The standard of the food was excellent, all the meals that I had there were delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

Best beach with crabs for kids. Very quiet and safe. Amazing food at the beach restaurant and is a perfect location for sunset watching at dinner. Dragons Crest Mountain walking distance for a hike and to enjoy the views. Accommodating staff. 2 free bottles of water per day. This was the best place we stayed in Thai for many aspects. It’s a perfect location to relax and enjoy pure nature. Amenities and the bungalow very convenient. Truly enjoy stay.

Limited breakfast. Pricy accommodation(we stayed high season) also to organise transport, massage or trips through the hotel. Other hotels/restaurants nearby horrible food. Little action, need a bit of a drive to get somewhere.

The beach is good - even with some rocks - the location is amazing. Bungalows are clean, with spacious bathrooms and with everyday cleaning services. The team is very open and supportive.

If you are looking for isolated beach and hotel - this is the case. The beach and property are far away from City Center - so consider this while booking.

Nice views, there is air conditioning, towels for the beach, big shower, comfortable bed.

It was not clean under the bed (a lot of dust, some trash). It is very far away from the town (quite isolated) so keep this in mind if you are interested in visiting Krabi.

Simple beach front comfort

We were pleasantly surprised to find out we were upgraded to the beachfront unit. Staff were very helpful and so generous. We asked for their help in ferry/boat/transportation services to another island nearby and they were able to help organize it for us. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious.

Rooms could have been a little cleaner- we noticed our bedsheets had stains (looked like old food stain maybe) on the side. Location was far from the center of town so if going into the town area, transport got kind of pricey!

Pleasant

We enjoyed the quiet location and a nice view from our room :) Beautiful sunsets. Beach towels and a bag were a nice bonus which we did not expect.

Be aware you are paying for the location not the resort. Also check the beach - it might not be for everyone - lowtide is very low (which uncovers mud, rocks, crabs,.. :) and there is no pool. Overall we expected a bigger value for the money as this was the most expensive accomodation we have booked for our Thailand trip. Dirty windows and curtains, broken beach parasols, walls should be repainted... Be aware that a part of the roof is missing in the shower, we met some cockroaches, ants and a gecko in the bathroom. Not a big deal, but we did not expect those as we paid over 100€/night.

Exceptional

The stuff was really helpfull, kind and friendly! The location is beautiful, quiet and close to nature with an own beach. It is a little bit far from the center but it is not a problem if rent a motorbike or car. They cooked very tasty in the restaurant, the food selection was satisfying. There is a large selection of seafood and thai foods and european foods which are delicious. The rooms have really good private atmosphere with beautiful view from the balcony. We loved it thats why we come back for 1 more week and we sure we come back.
