The photos are extremely misleading and appear to have been taken many years ago, when the property was in far better condition. This is also not a “resort” as advertised — it feels much more like a basic homestay. The grounds are poorly maintained and not cleaned regularly. During our 5-day stay, we only saw the beach chairs and cabanas cleaned once, while litter around the property and beachfront remained throughout. We were not informed in advance that painting work was taking place during our stay. The paint fumes were very strong and unpleasant, especially with young children. The bathroom ceiling was partially open, which resulted in a large number of mosquitoes and even lizards entering the room. The dining area also appeared inadequately cleaned, with flies and ants constantly around and getting into the food. Much of the wooden furniture across the property is visibly rotting and in urgent need of replacement. Staff members, including the workers carrying out the painting, were openly smoking around the property, which again was far from ideal for families travelling with small children. There also appeared to be no visible management on-site to raise concerns with or address guest issues during our stay, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. The only positives were the ocean view and one staff member who seemed to be solely responsible for cleaning and cooking, and who worked very hard throughout our stay. Unfortunately, even the beach area directly outside the property is not maintained and was covered in litter. Overall, the pricing is completely disproportionate to the quality offered. Compared to the surrounding properties on this stretch of beach, this was by far the most poorly maintained and disappointing place we saw.

it was a very relaxing place to be especially during end of peak seasons like April. the place is clean, u practically get your own private beach. its a very relaxing place to be. the breakfast has a small selection, but it was good enough for my family and I. the food is halal. Some downsides, the aircond was awfully cold. and when we adjusted it became really warm.. so we kept it cold instead... Also the fan in the room (slow)cannot be adjusted, so its not really usable on a hot day if u want to switch off the aircond, open the sliding doors and just use the fan, as it is not enough overall, i enjoyed my stay here, especially given the secluded/private feel of it.
