A shame that a nice hotel stay was ruined

Lovely old style hotel with good restaurant comfortable clean beds in a quiet suburban area.

Unfortunately it seems to be used by unsavory individuals as a party house, for paid sexual encounters with drug use and the associated noise throughout the night. There was no telephone in our room to call the night porter to complain. When I discussed this with the staff in the morning she did acknowledge that she knew which guests were responsible so I don’t think this was the first time this has happened.

Do not reccommend this hotel

Old dusty room. No soundproofing. You hear talks from passing behind the room door guests. Cigarettes smoke from smoking guests in the parking lot enters into the room. Stuffy, noisy, old (see pics).

The room was carefully booked with air conditioner and garden view to avoid any street noises. The room obtained was with old unstable noisy fan with the windows to the public street. Ignorant staff.

An utterly horrible place to stay, complete mismanagement

The location

i booked a suite, on arrival I was provided with a single room. They did not even call and confirm me earlier that there is no availability, otherwise I would have booked elsewhere. They made the assumption on behalf of me that I dont need a suite and gave it to someone else despite me paying the whole fee upfront. Such a ridiculous place to stay with this level of service. Aside from that the offered room had uncomfortable small bed, it might have been better if I were offered the room I actually paid for. The room shared a terrace through window (not even a door) with another guest who was disturbing at night with torch light violating privacy. The toilet is a mess. Very narrow and uncomfortable commode and the sink was emitting black wastes and was not draining any water. On top of that the room was of very high temperature, even the provided stand fan did not help much. Overall I would not even recommend to my worst of enemies.

Hotel for a good sleep

We checked in after 10pm but still we received a spportive and caring reception via phone. Room was spacious with a small pantry. Furnishing was in old classic. Bed was extra big and excellent. Bath shower was comfortable and hot. I was surprised by the foot bath supplementary. Very nice. We had a good rest overnight.

the carpet was dirty like someone throw up. there was a used tampon in the cupboard in restroom. the internet was working very very badly. I was woke up by personnel without any reason 2 hours prior the check out. it took a lot of efforts to get a parking place near hotel. the beds were separated but we booked one big bed. there was lack of light and some of the light was not working. it was very hot in the room when we arrived, the windows were closed. as we arrived late, the temperature in the room was not comfortable for sleeping.

The suite room is huge . It has 2 armchairs with poufs and a sofa too. Very nice to find a bath robe and a lot of soap

For a late check-in after reception closure time I announced in advance, I did not get instructions on how to find the keys . So when I got there I had to call them 3 times before getting the phone call picked up. After that the owner on the phone was very kind and caring. The WiFi access code works for 1 device only.

Home away from home

It feels like home. Vintage style, rooms are large and beds comfortable, also room and bathroom are well equipped. We stayed during winter season and rooms are warm, bathroom has its own heating too. Breakfast choice may seem limited as it’s not a big hotel after all but the selection they offer tastes good, especially the mini croissants. They can also prepare you a warm meal, like scrambled eggs etc.

We booked this hotel on our way to Spain as it is close to the highway but still a little bit away from the road. We booked quite late in the evening and only 30 min before arriving. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even helped us with ordering pizza. The rooms were very cosy and the breakfast was great! Highly recommend this place!

Perfect pitstop for our holiday.

Nice, huge and spotless room. Comfortable bathroom. Were able to eat decent food in the restaurant downstairs, which was ordered for us due to corona.. Breakfast was good (fresh bread/cheese/ham, yoghurt) selection albeit a little limited (only cooked eggs and whole fruit that varied in freshness). Very, very friendly staff. Good wifi.

Location was good for the pitstop for our holiday, didn't see much of the surroundings.

Comfortable hotel with nice old world European decor

The breakfast was really good. The staff were very careful about strictly enforcing COVID prevention mitigation.

The elevator was out and could not be repaired because it was Sunday.

Prima hotel

Vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie vlakbij de snelweg, prima restaurant erbij. Hele ruime kamer met verschillende ruimtes. Kamer A6 had ook een woonkamer met bank en tafel met stoelen en een keuken. Kamer A4 had geen woonkamer of keuken. Dat maakte A6 wel echt fijner.

Het was allemaal wat oud. Veel hing los of functioneerde niet meer helemaal goed: gordijnen of rolluiken die niet dicht konden, piepende deuren enzo. O ja, pas op de flitsers in de omgeving...

Personal Freundlich

Ich hatte einen Aufenthalt in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel mit Restaurant, bei dem leider einige Punkte nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Für das gesamte Restaurant war lediglich eine Toilette vorhanden, was bei stärkerem Betrieb etwas unpraktisch ist. Die Zimmer wirken bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, und zum Duschen stand nur eine minimale Menge Duschgel zur Verfügung. Auch eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Der Fernseher fällt eher klein aus, und die Minibar ist leer, sofern man nicht vorab etwas dafür bestellt. Eine klassische Bar im Restaurant, an der man gemütlich etwas trinken kann, habe ich ebenfalls vermisst. Steckdose sowie Ventilator könnte auch mal gereinigt werden. Insgesamt empfand ich den Aufenthalt im Verhältnis zum Preis – 118 € pro Nacht plus 13 € für das Frühstück – leider als zu teuer.

Gute Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalt und Besuch der SAP Arena in Mannheim

Im Barockstil eingerichtetes Zimmer. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Personal freundlich. Im Zimmer gab es für jeden Gast einen Badematel Sowie kostenlose Pflegeprodukte. Wlan Empfang war gut, kostenloser Parkplatz an der Unterkunft.

Das Zimmer bedarf ein paar Instandhaltungsarbeiten. Die Aufputz-Steckdose im Badezimmer ist ausgerissen, am Sicherungskasten im Schrank fehlt die Abdeckung, das Waschbeckenlicht im Zusatzzimmer funktioniert nicht. Die meisten TV-Kanäle sind nicht freigegeben. Ausserdem war das Zimmer sehr ringhörig.

Que no te alojen en el salón

Desayuno

Me alojaron en un salón, "Senator" describía en la llave. Era un sofá que transformaron en cama. Al tumbarte, solo podías permanecer en el centro de lo doblado que estaba. Era mejor tirar el topper al suelo. Fui a cambiar la habitación a recepción, pero ya no había nadie. No había ningún elemento, salvo el espacio, que diera lugar a considerar el lugar de cuatro estrellas. No había amenities en el baño.

Gute und ruhige Lage, sehr netter Empfang, wohnliche und zum Teil außergewöhnlich schöne Zimmer (Turmsuite) und ein gutes Restaurant, auch bestens für den Hund, rundum eine Empfehlung.
