The location was exceptional, with a beautiful view of the sea and only 15 minutes drive from Palma. The room was fairly big for three people and very comfortable.
Although there was a kitchen, basic kitchen condiments like sugar, salt, tea and coffee were not provided. Also, there was no shampoo or bodywash in the bathroom which was inconvenient. Iron was also not provided.

There are plenty of conveniences and services, for instance a laundry room which you may purchase access to for washing and drying laundry.
There were a few maintenance hiccups, for instance when we arrived to the room, the fuses were turned off, thus there was no electricity. We had to figure that out. As a result of no electricity, the ice from the freezer had melted and we were greeted with a puddle on the floor. Then I had to eat cold oatmeal the next morning before learning that the microwave didn't work!
