VILLA MARGARITA is a balcony overlooking the sea of Mallorca from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets just 3 minutes walk from the magnificent white sand beaches of the Garden City. It is an exclusive Mallorcan style house, located on the first line of the bay of Palma de Mallorca with direct access to the sea and wonderful views, from Cala Figuera to Cap Blanc. It is ideal for several families or families with children.
VILLA MARGARITA is a fully ground floor dwelling of 150 m2 constructed area consisting of living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and garage. It also has 15 m2 of exterior porches and a terrace that surrounds the entire house of 230 m2 and from which you can directly access the sea. The property has been completely renovated in 2017 and has cable TV, DVD, FM radio, CD, WIFI internet connection, Air Conditioning and Heating.
The house is located in the quiet and privileged area of exclusive residential character of Cala Gamba next to a small fishing club where you can taste the typical Mallorcan cuisine and practice nautical activities such as diving courses, canoe, etc. The area is very well connected with the coastal neighborhoods of La Ciudad Jardín, El Molinar and El Portixol, through a pedestrian promenade and bike path ideal for strolling by the sea, cycling or rollerblading. Area of great gastronomic offer of restaurants and cafes, next to magnificent beaches and small ports of fishermen.
At less than 10 minutes walking from VILLA MARGARITA we find 2 large supermarkets and a bus stop that will take us to the center of the city of Palma where we can take any type of transport to any part of the Island, reason why the rent can be Convenient but not necessary. The motorway is 5 minutes by car and the airport is 10 minutes away.

A great spot and very comfortable. Nice comfortable beds. Reasonably well stocked. Nice size and comfortable. Could use a deep cleaning. Instructions for the regular trash (non recycle) could be included in the package

We really enjoyed our stay at this marvelous beach house. It was very clean and was as advertised. In a quiet part of town. Easy to get to from the airport and about 15 minutes to town by car. A great stay.
