Disappointed
The food was lovely
I was upset with the fact I paid €210 back before Christmas with a request of a high standard room as it was for a special occasion as a couple. The room we got was not €210 worth, extremely small, extremely warm and a very dirty toilet. Really wasn’t at the standard I’d have hoped for. We attended Keith Barry and the night was ruined by the room given.

Great location, facilities could be refurbished
Lovely bedrooms, appear to be newly refurbished. Great sustainable water fountain and jug in room.
The leisure facilities were very tired, workout machines not working properly, dirty gym area. The breakfast was not a 4 star quality. Some of the food on offer didn’t seem fresh and expected more vegetarian options

Not worth the price
Good location and nice food
Received a barrage of promotional messages prior to my stay. There was a Christmas party going on in the reception which felt very intimidating. The staff were also a bit rude during the breakfast.

Overall we were happy
Breakfast was good, Unfortunately we didn't have time to avail of a freshly cooked breakfast.
Menu in the bar was very limited. Unless you were interested in burgers or fries.

Very basic accommodation . Hard pillows woke up with a head ache. Definitely not 4 star.
