Stayed for a night. Didn’t arrive until 10:30pm and so reception was shut and had to speak to someone at the bar. They sorted us out quickly though.
We ended up staying in the lodge which was opposite the man building. The room had a double and a single. The room was functional and clean and so worked well. We didn’t use any facilities other than the vending machine as it was late and I didnt think I could get any food in the hotel or nearby.
The room was quiet and the view was lovely when I opened the curtains the next day.
No complaints from me and I would stay they’re again. I’d like to make use of the facilities next time as the bar looked lively and had a live act playing and the restaurants especially the smoke house looked good.
