Good location for visiting attractions
The replenishment of the fruits/yoghurts was poor at breakfast The tea provision was tricky for older people Teapots? Mugs? No cold meats/cheeses On arrival no one asked if you wanted menu items Guest tables in the room where the breakfast items were weren’t cleared often enough

Great location for attending events at the Racetrack. Large clean spacious room. Staff friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was very good.
Room decor needs updating and some items of furniture should be replaced. Couch very uncomfortable and shabby. The buffet breakfast was poor, no cups for tea/coffee, no glasses for juice/water. No water, most hot food items had to be waited for as the trays were empty. Staff appeared under pressure. Shame because when the food arrived the quality was good.

The annexe where we located room 218 Faces on to the main road the end room in the annexe absolutely terrible probably the worst room in the hotel. The view is the the end of a building with a grey metal fence
