Must much better

No parking, no pleace to stop car To throw lugage away. the gym has 3 machines. Check out is until 12 pm 10 our keys are blocked. Too much cost for that Hotel.

The desk staff were definitely NOT ACCOMMODATING TO THEIR HOTEL GUESTS!

Location

Inability of front desk staff/employees to assist Hotel guests. Rude and dismissive manner of Front desk staff. For example: I witnessed an elderly gentleman politely requesting a staff to call a taxi and was ignored initially and then rudely told that they would not call a Taxi for him.

Trieste is a great place to visit being Vienna on Sea, busy but not so overrun with tourists.

The hotel was modern and well located for the centre and just a short walk from both the cruise terminal and the bus and train station. we had a superior room on 5th floor with a view of the harbour. Breakfast was good.

the only issue was that the room was very hot over 26 c most of the time as the air con is turned off after 1st October.! Fortunately a large fan was supplied on request which helped a lot albeit a bit noisy from both the fan and the traffic noise outside with the windows open.

Nice and clean hotel in center of the Trieste

Hotel location is great, at the center of Trieste near the canal and sea. Room was good with very comfortable beds and very clean. Bathroom is also nice with large bath and all amenities that you need.

Our room was on the first floor and there was an air condition outside that is really noisy, so leaving the window opened during the night was not the option. So if you are staying here choose room on the upper floors.

Comfortable rooms in an excellent location

The location -- walkable from the train and bus stations as well as a short walk to Piazza Unita and other Trieste landmarks -- is excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean and, despite being located on a main road, it was quiet.

Close to everything

Staff when upset or frustrated showed it & made me feel uncomfortable or that we had done something wrong. Plus, did not share information about Trieste & facilities around the city, like public toilets, they didn’t know where they were?

All the staff lack understanding and at least one person shld have apologized for situation.

We did not find out until entered our room to find air con not working , called down they said they would send someone to room. He advised us because of work on floor above air con not working , his solution open the window a bit. They should have said something when we checked in , not one person apologized or offered compensation of any type, then they tried to charge us for breakfast we didn’t have.

Excellent location within blocks of the train station and near the waterfront. Well-appointed and comfortable room, quiet, good shower. Excellent breakfast!

Given the extreme heat, a portable fan would have been welcome and helped with sleep.

Pleasant

We paid 200/night for a luxury room and the room was pretty small, facing the noise.of the street in low floor. 200 per night should be enough to buy a better room in my experience

Superb

It was clean and neat, fast check in in the middle of the night. The plane was 16 hours delayed, and this was one of the few available hotels that accepted late check in.

We did not use many facilities, also the price was a bit too much for what was on offer. The breakfast was not included in the price, so we could not be bothered to spend our time and money to have breakfast in the hotel. We were in a bit if a rush.

Excellent base near station

Was given a junior suite, spotless. Staff was available at 2am both on booking messenger and telephone as my flight got cancelled and needed hotel in Trieste. Very clean room. Conveniently close to train station.

the room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. we were facing the back of the hotel, so the view wasn't particularly inviting; it was very quiet, though. the staff was super friendly. beds were comfortable. location is perfect if one is travelling by train - 5 minutes from the railway station.

In general we did like the hotel and do recommend for pleasure and business travel.

Excellent staff. The room was perfect, spacious, clean and well located. The hotel is perfectly located, being very close to the central train station and from the center of the city. Just few meter walking.

We did not like the menu of the restaurant as well as the service time. It was closing at 21:30.

Centrally located hotel with good breakfast and pleasant staff.

The hotel was centrally located and it was fairly easy to walk from the hotel to anywhere we wanted to go. The staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast that came with the room had a decent amount of variety.

The parking area for unloading was a bit awkward. The hotel garage itself was fairly pricey, but there were other options around it at lower rates, so I really can't complain. Since the garage was valet service, it was not easy to have access to the car if we needed to get anything, but since we stayed just one night, this wasn't such a big deal.

Superb stay!

Breakfast was great, so was dinner. My daughter loved the lemon chicken with steamed rice. Asif was lovely and so was the Lady that served us breakfast in the morning on the 19th of March, such a shame did not get her name, but she was awesome. Reception staff was superb, Michela was ever so helpful. It was also my birthday and one of the housekeepers stopped to wish me a happy birthday. Everyone in the hotel is ever sooo friendly..cannot fault our stay! We are looking forward to returning, cannot wait. Thank you for the awesome stay.

The restaurant was closed on the Sunday for dinner and that was disappointing.
