Better hotel than excepted with amazing staff

The rooms and en-suites, as well as all the common areas, are spotless and fresh. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They don’t have a restaurant but offer drinks and reheated meals that you can have served to your room or at one of the couple of tables near the reception. They can hold on to your luggage after check-out if needed. There are a lot of restaurants, bakeries, greengrocers’ and small grocery stores right outside the hotel but it remains quite quiet inside the room. In terms of location, you’re not on a direct line into Paris, so you have to change at La Défense (or walk there in about 20 minutes), but it was alright for us as we book something for a competition 10 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Super last-minute find

Hotel arranged flower decorations on the bed to celebrate our anniversary despite mentioning this last minute and not proceeding with the paid decoration options. Room was clean and modern with everything you need. Hotel staff were friendly, English speaking and available at all times. Excellent last minute find, in a great location and at an affordable price!

Clean, modern, good location next to the train station (10 mins to central Paris), reception open 24/7

Walls are thin - you can hear when people in other rooms are taking a shower. Also Netflix button on the TV didn’t work.

Nice but would've been amazing with proper AC.

Staff were friendly & made us feel welcome.

However, the reason why we chose this hotel as it had AC in the facilities section. Although you could only turn the AC down to 22 degrees, which defeats the whole point in having air conditioning. This was disappointing as we didn't sleep well due to it being too warm. You should really make this clear in the hotel advert.

Perfect place to stay

I loved the room. Air condition was working efficiently and silently, room clean, possibility to make tea or coffee in the room and free coffee in the lounge I found it great . Bathroom very clean, all working perfectly. Windows soundproof so not a single sound coming from the street.

Every thing is around you.

Safe, near a variety of pastries and restaurants. About 1500 meters far from la defense area. Staff were very helpful specially Mr. Alex and Ms. Cristina. Thanks a lot

Elevator got out of service with no technician to fix Door room not closing and no one to fix for the period of stay. Air condition not working effectively. No safe in the rooms which is essential No small refrigerator in the booked rooms which is essential specially when having a baby of 9 months. Rooms are small with a very small bathroom.

A wonderful stay that I will for sure repeat

The hotel is beautifully decored, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean and in great condition. very well located, in a great neighbourhood and close to public transports. The breakfast was great and the staff always available to support you.

Great staff and bedding, but not very quiet or restful

The staff was really helpful, professional, and courteous, the mattress and bedding were very comfy, and the rooms were very clean. I also liked the small breakfast buffet with yogurt, eggs, bacon, pastries, and cereal.

There is insufficient sound insulation in the building, so unfortunately you can hear everything your neighbors do: conversations, TV noise, moving and bumping around, etc. If you’re a light sleeper, it will be hard for you to sleep here, even with earplugs. I cannot recommend this hotel to any sensitive sleepers. Some of the double rooms are also very small, so small that you have to move furniture around to get to the bathroom easily or use the space. It felt a bit claustrophobic being trapped in those tiny rooms with all the noise around you from the neighboring rooms. If you stay here, book a larger room than you think you need.

very nice location and extremely well behaved staff who were always very helpful. If you are not a party animal and prefer to be in a quiet corner after your Paris walks, Courbevoie is the perfect retreat and Hotel Courseine is the best place to put up in
