Location .staff cleanliness comfort leisure facilities. Food and bar .have stayed several times home away from home.never disappoints !! Staff friendly from reception to bar to breakfast area.go out of there way to meet any extra requirements that may be needed. Value for money . Highly recomend this hotel.

Breakfast excellent.. Location perfect ..very close to the venue for my Scrabble competition weekend 👍

Rooms are very spacious which is nice. It was a handy location for us, and what we were in town for. It seemed clean, price wise - fairly average for the area.
Staff are not the friendliest and the rooms are very tired. Stains on the bad base, wardrobe wood is literally coming apart and there are water leaks / stains on the walls near the skirting board. Remember to bring the physical card you booked with, with you. It's been a long time since I was asked to produce the physical card. Might catch some people out.
