Security at the hotel was nonexistent, lots of unsecured entries and they announce room numbers on check in and the Manager laughed off my concerns. Unacceptable! Aside from that, Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice. Parking was easy.

The Waterford Marina hotel is lovely. Great location, walkable to many Waterford sites. But the bed pillows are the hardest, flattest, worst ever. Bring your own. We also reported a slow draining sink that fills up while shaving or brushing teeth. It wasn’t fixed while we were there, hopefully they do so after our departure.

Very comfortable hotel room and bed, spacious, very clean, nice view over the river. Easy parking. Can walk into town, Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Good wifi. We found the tea/coffee facilities in the room a bit confusing, kettle for tea in a drawer and the coffee machine was elsewhere. TVs were a bit tricky to operate. Some noise from the bar in the evening. The electronic display in reception did not appear to work. Good value for money as the hotel was of a high quality. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
