I booked only the night before at a very late hour. I became aware that would not be able to check in until 10pm the following night due to my work hours, so I put a request in for a late check in (unsure if this was a thing). I also advised that I was driving a long van so would likely take up a few parking spaces. They emailed back within 20 minutes confirming the late check in was not a problem and they'd even cone off a few spaces so I could fit my van in. Sure enough, I saw the coned spaces and parked up with ease and then met at the desk by a lovely lady who checked me in in seconds.
The next morning, I was seated for breakfast and checked out with no issues using the card drop off box. So easy and the staff couldn't do more to help. So so impressed.
