The size of the rooms. The breakfast

The noise, you could hear every activity in other rooms snd the doors are so heavy they make a loud bang which can all interupt sleep.

A convenient overnight stop

It was warm and cosy, which mattered a lot since it was freezing cold and snowing that weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room had everything I needed. Breakfast was a good buffet experience too. Outside there is plenty of parking, and the location is particularly good.

The people in the room next door were very loud and I could hear them arguing for hours, even when I had headphones on. They also banged doors and had a dog that barked intermittently. There were issues with them which the hotel tried to resolve, and I believe the police were eventually involved. None of this was the hotel's fault, but it did make for a less peaceful and restful stay than I might otherwise have had.

Very pleasant

We were pleasantly surprised by the facility. The service was very friendly and professional. We ran out of milk for our youngest child, and the staff easily provided it at no extra charge. The breakfast was varied, with no limits, so everyone could find something they liked.

I checked in late on Friday 9th. The cleanliness of the room was poor.

Ripped duvet cover. Urine & body hair on the toilet. Dusty surfaces. Toothpaste in the sink

Delightful two night stay

Excellent location, spacious dining area, lovely friendly atmosphere. Room very comfortable and extra nice touches, toiletries etc. Excellent value. Breakfast very good with gluten free options.

A great place for comfort close to city center with helpful staff and a high standard of cleanliness

Everything was clean and tidy. The lighting in the room was a little dim for our liking. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

I think there was a free breakfast, but I wasn't aware of it, so we left and got food elsewhere.

Nice room - although double bed was saggy and not so comfortable. Room facilities were generally good.

Mainly the bed was not so comfortable. Also some road noise but to be expected with convenient location. The breakfast was good although no sausages were available due to a supplier failure

Perfect for my overnight stay and close to the M5.

My bedroom was clean, comfortable and perfect for my overnight stay.

The shower in room 305 was poor with tepid to cold water dribbling out of the shower head. Also the usual hotel gripe of doors banging at all hours of the night. The bacon for my breakfast was like leather and had obviously been there for a long time!

While the room was clean, therefore no complaints, I did find 2 large squares of chocolate on the carpet that in fairness were probably difficult to see - but perhaps vacuum cleaner pushed it out of the way.

Feels like staying in a low class residential home

Bright green fire exit sign in the room kept us awake all night. No power socket near the bed. Uncomfortable bed. Loud drainage noises.

Very local for the location we wanted to go to.

No toilet brush in the toilet. The cleaner didn’t replace 1 of the cups that we had used. Breakfast on Sunday was a bit manic, ran out of hash browns twice and had to ask them to top them up and when they did they were only half cooked.

The breakfast was generally acceptable except that the plates provided were at room temperature. This rather spoiled the "hot breakfast" as the food was cooled the moment it touched the plate. A supply of HOT plates is required.

Great place to stay

Excellent location as it is next to a bar resteraunt and the park and ride. The breakfast was excellent value. We had a problem with our shower the staff were excellent and sorted it very quickly. All staff were friendly and attentive to all guests as i was people watching and observing. I have stayed on more than one occasion and found it excellent value for money. The rooms are really clean and as the rest of the hotel
