Breakfast was a very healthy continental breakfast with homemade bread, granola and jams plus other nice things. Wish I was staying another day as it was a great way to start the day.
The proximity and short walk from Stroud station - also very near to the canal.
The slight short walk up a hill to get there (but this has nothing to do with the owner) - it is the Stroud area which is quite hilly.The very short uphill walk was worth it though and I hope to visit again at some point.

I had a lovely weekend staying in Kate's beautiful home. She was very welcoming and generous. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was perfect too!

Location very good. Comfortable room and bed. Lovely breakfast.
We prefer to have private parking where we can keep an eye on our vehicle. Parking was on the very narrow road, part on the pavement. Had it been raining or bad weather would not have been very convenient.

Nice big room. Bed a little bit soft for our liking.
Shared bathroom not clearly indicated when booking. However not a problem.
Continental Breakfast was unusual as it was all self service including making drinks.
Kate was very pleasant and helpful.
