it's the perfect base to explore the mountains around Obertauern - leaves nothing to wish for

the hotel is great, leaves nothing to wish for, and the surroundings are even better - beautiful mountains, clear lakes, stunning views... - usually here only in the Winter, but Summer was almost just as awesome

Amazing family friendly ski in ski out hotel

Absolutely amazing with children and still the parents can have a bit of luxury as well. Ski in & ski out location is ideal! On site ski school for small kids is a game changer and the ski instructors are so attentive. Abundance of activities and facilities for children. Lovwly (adults only) spa on the 3rd floor allows for a break from the child friendly rest of the hotel.

-It’s no critique, but I would probably not pick this hotel if I was not traveling with children. -Rooms could benefit from air conditioning

We had an amazing stay, faboulus breakfast and dinner, beautiful clean spa, nice cosy rooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. we will definetely come back soon!

Minden csodálatos volt. Már 2.alkalommal (és biztosan nem utoljára) voltunk a hotelben és ismét fantasztikus, különleges élményt nyújtott számunkra. A személyzet kedvessége, a tulajdonosok jelenléte, az ételek minősége és tálalása, a tisztaság, a wellness élmény, a sí felszerelés tárolása, a közeli felvonók, valamint a sípályák minősége, mind mind felejthetetlen és pazar élményt nyújtottak nekünk. Savrsen odmor.

Moram spomenuti kako sam prije dolaska zamolila da na dorucku bude kruh bez glutena, a u kuhinji su mi pripremili dva dana za redom svaki slijed bez glutena iako to nisam trazila. Dakle svaki od 6 slijedova su prilagodili i napravili zamjensko jelo bez glutena. Odusevljena sam bila!

Ein Ort, den man auch ohne Schnee besucht haben sollte.

Grandiose Lage, super freundliches Personal, vorzügliches Essen, ein tolles Hotel, auch in der Nicht-Ski Saison, oder im Herbst. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter ein außergewöhnlicher Ort.

Grandios.....sehr empfehlenswert

Garage kostenlos und Shuttledienst ist sehr positiv. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und Chefitäten. 25m Pool und Wellnessbereich außergewöhnlich schön. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Nur kleine Kritik, dass eine Flasche Wasser Natur zum Abendessen Eur 8,40 kostet nebst sonstigen Getränken..das ist ein bißchen heftig

Tolles Haus, sehr schöner großer Wellnessbereich. Große, saubere und schöne Zimmer!

Der Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen war nicht 5 Sterne. Die Bedienungen waren unaufmerksam, Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt, der Wein nicht nachgeschenkt. Nachdem alles andere perfekt war, viel dieser Punkt leider besonders auf.
