- location with stunning view, 5 minutes from the nearest slope - good breakfast - kind personel - room to store your snowboard and ski equipment - good value for the money

- bathroom with toilette is very tiny and taller person has a problem to fit in - in case of heavy snow be prepared to use snow chains to be able to get to the apartment, it is located on a steep hill. - they do not offer lunch / dinner and there is no fridge available in the room so you need to go to some restaurant in Schladming by car (7 minutes ride)

The best place in Schladming for tourists, who are looking for quiet place.

It is probably the best located object in Schladming. Views (especially from windows) are breathtaking in each direction. You can go for a walk in very quiet and peaceful area, without many cars, people and noises. Hosts are very kind and helpful, they always smile. I hope meet them again.

We enjoyed our short stay there.

The breakfast was good. Loads of choice, additional choice of a freshly boiled egg. Close to lift, just a few 100 m walk. And super friendly stuff.

We stayed for one night, so can not really commend on this.

Lovely mountain view from the balcony. Definitely worth to stay a bit outside the center. Room was really clean and big. Breakfast was great with many different options. Warmly recommend and we will definitely come back.

Alles ok - interessant auch im Winter weil nicht weit entfernt der Lift ist.

Sehr ruhige sonnige Lage. Parkplatz vor der Türe. Frühstück einfach aber gut. Zimmer war einfach aber besonders groß. Lift vorhanden !

Obwohl Hunde explizit erlaubt sind, hielt sich die Begeisterung der Hausherrin in Grenzen, was aber durch den besonders entspannten und freundlichen Hausherrn kompensiert wurde.
