    We love this condotel. It is clean and staffs were very attentive and helpful. They came and fixed whatever we asked almost immediately.

    Everyone was very friendly attentive. From food server to security everyone was great. Also as a frequent traveler with high cleanliness standards this is by far one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in.

    I stayed here for a night with the family. Checkin was alright. When i booked the room, i had requested for twin beds in one of the room (as a special condition), but i wasnt given this, although no fault of the hotel as my booking was on the double beds. If i come back to Vietnam again, i will surely revisit the hotel. The only down point is they didnt have Halal food, maybe they will build on this as more Arabs visit the beautiful country.

    As with many hotels in Vietnam, what you see on Agoda doesn’t necessarily reflect what the hotel actually looks like today—the photos appear to have been taken quite a long time ago. I requested a room on a high floor but was initially given a room on the third floor facing a wall, which made for a very depressing view. At first, the front desk staff told me this would only be for one night. Later, however, I discovered that no similar rooms were available on higher floors; the only alternatives were more expensive two-bedroom units - none of such information is available from Agoda's site After several hours of discussion and negotiation, I was finally moved to a higher-floor room the following morning at no additional cost. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean. However, the overall look and feel are quite outdated and could definitely use a renovation.
