10/10 – 4-star price with a true 5-star experience! My partner and I stayed for 3D2N at Fusion Suites Saigon, and it was exceptional value for money—4-star pricing with a genuine 5-star experience! Pros: * Prime & Quiet Location: Located in District 1 within easy reach of top tourist spots, yet far enough from the street noise to guarantee a great night's sleep. * Seamless Late Check-in: After changing our minds about our original hotel, we booked Fusion Suites on the same night and checked in at 11 PM. Their 24/7 front desk made the process effortless. * Top-Notch Service: Staff speak fluent English (no Google Translate needed!), are incredibly accommodating, and easily handled receiving my custom tailor-made suit delivery from Ben Thanh Market on my behalf. They also safely stored our luggage after our 12 PM checkout until our late-night flight. * Great Rooms & Facilities: Clean rooms with attentive twice-daily housekeeping and nice street-facing views. Excellent room key security in elevators, a basement gym, and an in-house spa on the 1st floor (though note it closes at 9 PM). * Excellent Breakfast: Fantastic buffet spread featuring high-quality local Vietnamese dishes alongside classic Western options. Cons / Good to know: * The spa closes relatively early at 9 PM, so plan your treatments early in the evening! We would absolutely come back here again on our next trip to Ho Chi Minh City!

Room furnishing looks luxurious and calming. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Small selection, but all tasted like the toughest food critic would also approve. The pho is better than normal street pho. Coffee, pastry, pizza, local noodles all tasted good. Very close to Independence palace. Walkable. There is a school and a local restaurant opposite hotel. It makes me feel that I'm part of the community and not staying in a super touristy area. I ordered banh mi and cookie milk shake to go for lunch . It was not spectacular, but tasted delicious. I was offered welcome drink at lobby which I appreciated. The service was top notch. Upon check out, they apologised at front desk saying "pls wait. We check your room to make sure you haven't left anything behind" and they also said "where are you going? We can help."
