Yet another wonderful stay in Finale Ligure in our favorite accomodation there.

Always very clean and well presented apartment, and really appreciated them reserving our favorite apartment for us (this is certainly not our first visit, we come back every year!)

there is never a kettle in the apartment which would really help. It is not easy heating water on the cooking rings.

Nice staff. Good with laundry machine. Wonderful with aircondition. We just loved to come in from the hot summer temperature outside and get into the "cold" apartment environment. A very nice bakery just across the street, with baguettes, croissants and of course coffee.

No dishwasher, and not so much cooking utensils in the kitchen. Quite noisy in the night even though we took down the window blinds.

we were given our favourite room easy and early access to the room on arrival very helpful staff clean and comfortable apartment with all required facilities

Not happy with prepayment in GBP through booking.com, was more expensive than necessary Previously we have always paid on arrival in Euro Will not book through booking.com next time

Not bad, but not the best value for money

- good location (7-minute walk to the beach, very close to streets with shops and restaurants) - kitchenette with all necessary dishes, cutlery, etc. - comfy beds - parking place (10 EUR per day)

- small room and bathroom (especially shower cabin) - limited supplies: no shampoos and shower gels, only several pieces of soap and toilet paper - no cleaning and towels change during the whole stay - strange smell in the room - non-existent Wi-Fi, it was just not working in our room

Location is very central. Everything is in walking distance. We got a private bike garage

It was extremely loud all the time. The apartments are directly next to the road and poorly isolated. The second bedroom was extremely small and the beds were super small and definitly not okay for a second couple. The felt like they were sleeping in a hospital.

Posizione strategica, appartamento per 2 persone ottimo non 4 come descritto . Pulizia eccellente. Personale disponibile.

Bagno piccolo. All’arrivo c’è stato un problema importante con il riscaldamento nessun termosifone non funzionava ovvero freddo ghiacciato però nel giro di qualche ora sono riusciti a far ripartire in modo parziale e un po’ con un termo funzionante e la pompa di calore siamo riusciti a trascorrere il nostro soggiorno grazie al personale che si è mosso in modo tempestivo .

L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia, a ristoranti e bar e a pochi minuti a piedi da Finalborgo. L'angolo cottura è dotato del necessario per preparare pasti veloci. Ideale per un soggiorno mare a Finale Ligure.

Di questo alloggio mi è piaciuto il prezzo onesto. Abbiamo deciso all'ultimo di fare 3 giorno nel pieno di ferragosto, ma c'erano prezzi folli in zona, fino a quando abbiamo trovato questo posto tant'è vero che non ci credavamo. Ottima posizione, pulito, lo stretto necessario per una vacanza lampo

Vacanza di 5 giorni in bilocale. Tutto sommato positiva. La struttura è in posizione comoda, pulita. Peccato sia un po’

Buona posizione. Si raggiunge facilmente il centro, il mare e Finalborgo. L’appartamento al nostro arrivo era pulito. Il personale della struttura gentile.

Purtroppo l’appartamento che si affaccia sulla strada è piuttosto disturbato dal traffico.

Günstige Unterkunft Nähe des Strandes

Die Unterkunft ist ca 400meter per Fuß zum Strand entfernt und lässt sich einfach erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit- wirklich Tip Top. Wir durften schon früher einchecken und die Leute an der Rezeption sind wirklich toll! Vielen Dank! Obwohl im gleichen Gebäude unten ein Restaurant ist, hört man nichts davon in den Zimmern.

Die Zimmer sind etwas eng und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer hat deshalb leider einen nicht so schönen Eindruck gemacht. Aber zum schlafen und etwas Zeit darin verbringen war es völlig ok. Achtung- der Weg zu den Parkplätzen ist etwas eng.

Lo staf è stato gentile e disponibile

Sono stata con i miei figli in questo appartamento dal 1 al 4 luglio. Può darsi che abbiano parlato troppo forte nel cuore della notte o che non abbiano spento la musica entro le 22.00 o che si sia stati sfortunati e che i vicini fossero super sensibili ai rumori... l’esito è che ce ne siamo andati due giorni prima (2 notti su 5 buttate) per sottrarci alle minacce di interventi della polizia e di lamentele con l’Agenzia, peraltro gentilissima. Mi sento di dire che non è un posto per giovani.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Nonostante si tratti di un monolocale, questo risulta molto ampio e spazioso, anche con il lettino e il passeggino del bimbo ci siamo mossi bene. Letto molto comodo. Posizione ottima, anche se leggermente fuori dal centro.

Purtroppo al nostro arrivo non era pulitissimo. In bagno un asciugamano sporco e parecchi capelli!
