Residencial Celeste

It was very quiet and my room had a nice view. The staff was very friendly and knew exactly what each room needed. They came to fix my curtains before I even knew there was something wrong with them.

I would have liked to be a bit closer to town. It was a bit of a hike but nothing that a pilgrim can’t handle.

The rooms and bathrooms were very good

Celeste provided a fan, the house was so warm because of the outside temperature that it was very hot in the rooms. This is no fault of the owner, but if you were traveling during hot times be aware.

The property was really well signposted from the railway station so for me with no luggage it wasn't a problem walking. There was a taxi available at the station so with luggage this would be a good option. I walked to and from town a couple of times a day and up to the bigger supermarket to get additional supplies. The property is utterly pristine and I appreciated the a/c as well as the substantial breakfast. The staff are especially kind and helpful. Special kudos to Amadeus for some thought provoking conversations! I look forward to my next visit.

I did not stay for breakfast. I had to start walking before breakfast.
