Lovely location (and brilliant outlook from.the bedroom) with views over Callender and the surrounding hills; quick access to the town and local scenic walks; Deon and Laura were friendly and accommodating hosts; breakfast was tasty! Deon had put a fan in the room, which made all the difference in the Scottish heatwave and gave us good recommendations for evening meals
Nil not to like for Miss Chilled; Mr OCD would have liked an iron to smooth out one crease in his Tee, but I'm sure that would have been accommodated if he asked.....

The hosts were so very welcoming and helpful! Laura gave us advice on a day that was so rainy we just couldn't do our planned hill hike. We followed her suggested itinerary and had a delightful walk and day. Thank you so very much! I can not recommend Knowe Guest House more highly.
The beds are a bit soft for my taste, but that's just me

It was very handy for parking and an easy walk to the high street. Nice bedroom, good breakfast in a nice room with a lovely view over Callander. We were happy with our stay, particularly as we only booked it the night before and were probably quite lucky to get their last room.
I didn't realise that check-in was supposed to be between 3pm & 6pm, as per a notice on the front door. I'm not sure how firm a rule that is as we turned up at 5pm, but worth checking with them if you might be arriving later.
