The people and the beach

It seems that the hotel was on a skeleton crew even if it was full. There was no garden grill, no animation outside in the evening, menu drinks absent, no fresh orange juice, no pork grill, daily noise by the mowing people, generally on a down slop compared with the past times

A few steps from: the beach, the pool, bars included in the offer. Clean rooms with extra beds (we had a big bed, a small bed and a couch). Friendly staff that speaks multiple languages.

Elevators can be a bit slow at peak hours. Some things that are mentioned in the offer may not be present after certain dates.

The restaurant food was great, a lot of options, clean, well restocked. The pools were clean as well, and the beach was very close.

Some of the staff cleaning tables in the restaurant were not very friendly. You literally had to watch your plate not to be swiped away from you. I went to bring Nutella for my daughter's pancakes, to realise when back that my yoghurt was taken without asking any question (I did a mix of yoghurt and seeds for myself, and waited about 15 minutes for the seeds to soak, only for that to be taken and binned - horrible attitude on the girl, kept shrugging her shoulders). People are allowed to smoke by the pools, again horrible. The room was a bit disgusting, we asked for the shower head to be replaced, it was brown. Spiders and ants everywhere. This is not a 4 stars hotel and it is not Ultra All inclusive, please review this. The attitude of the old bartender outside was again very ugly, it made you feel guilty for asking for a drink.
