Very nice, comfortable and large room/apartment

The SPA zone should be more large and relaxed. A big pool for relaxing, not swimming competition.

Excellent location and amenities - thermal pools and spa, ice rink and great beach - all on the territory of hotel (yes, some additional cost for spa and ice skating) but the concept of hotel is really good - just requires more staff, better management and some renovations.

Restaurant requires better attention to overall cleanliness. Second Restaurant (upstairs) was closed during the whole stay. During peak times running only one restaurant is simply not enough and gets crowded. Food and drinks average.

Has a big beach. clean enough Has a lot of facilities for sportspeople Big facility itself Rooms okay, beds comfy enough though pillows a bit hard.

All inclusive with several supposed Restaurants but none accepts you as a customer if you didn't buy the best package. We didn't get the Halfboard or All inclussive because we don't like crowds, agitation, also saw the food was not worth it based to our standards, but we did consider eating in the facility's extra restaurants. guess what, not possible. Outside pools kind of dirty. Ate perfectly balanced (quality/price) at the tavernas along Kranevo Beach) Drinks are poor Staff didn't know their whereabouts.
