Excellent foodWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious, the staff were professional and did their jobs well, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. There is something for everyone to enjoy – an aquapark, tennis court, football pitch, swimming pools, and two children's playgrounds. The surroundings are peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The only downside was that some of the restaurant staff spoke quite loudly, and their conversations were sometimes unpleasant to hear. This slightly disturbed the otherwise relaxing atmosphere.

A special thanks to Nikolai and his twin brother from the bar for always smiling, being friendly and professional, special thanks to Rado and his entertaining team for animating and bringing more fun for parents and the kids.
The location is amazing, the food is great, you have a lot of variety and great service.
We will definitely come back next year and bring some friends to also enjoy the services. Overall, it's the perfect place to go if you want a REAL vacation.
When we arrived we were eager to check-in and be welcomed with positive vibes, but the reception guys were not smiling and did not have such a welcoming atitude. The reception guys at checkout were way way better.

Loved the views, excellent location. The resort has a massive potential due to its location and views, unfortunatelly it needs improving. The food is mid, lots of choice but bad quality. Very spacious restaurant but bad looking overall. Cuttlery was not properly washed, plates had a weird smell as well. I will not come back in the future but for the money we paid... I would say it reflects.
Poor service, room had no consumables (slippers, shampoo, except for toilet paper and hand soap). The towels were stained. Also, the headboard of the sofa and bed had a bad smell, they need washing asap. Why would you put textile headboard if not cared for properly and more often? The room service needs improving, I had spider web by the bed with a tiny spider (photo attached)
