Aquamarine - Beach & SPA Hotel- All inclusive & FREE PARKING

The breakfast, as well as the other meals, was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly, and the place was exceptionally clean.

The hotel is excellent, and the food was exceptionally good. The staff was extremely friendly and worked hard throughout. We had a very pleasant stay there.

The surrounding infrastructure, though, is horrible. It was difficult to find the hotel, and the stated beachfront doesn't really say it all. There is only a short walk to the beach, but the environment is unpleasant. The hotel could also have a small bar at the beach.

Everything was perfect: the accommodation, the food, the facilities, and most importantly, the amazing staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. A special thank you for the wonderful birthday surprise arranged in our room. The champagne and birthday cake were a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration even more special and memorable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the kindness of the team. We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

Hotel looked nice as it is new. Lots of Romanians, you can speak in native language.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Food that was not consumed at an earlier meal, was reprocessed to make a new course at the next one. - Staff takes stuff of the table regardless if you are still eating. The goal is to get the people to leave ASAP, I found this very rude and impolite. -The salmon seen in the pictures was never present at any meal. I mean, for a hotel that is brand new and wished to attract guests and pride itself for 4 stars, it has not met the norm. The TV was not working right, I went to the reception and was told that there is nothing they can do. This was not fixed during our 1-week stay. - The shower was not working right, being clogged with hair and dirt from previous guests. - Room was located next to the area where the trash was deposited. Strong foul odor of food and fruits all day long. - Drinks are watered down. Karmetitza Beer is draft but very weak. Better buy bottled one. Juices are Cola Fanta, Sprite Schweppes, but these are syrups that are mixed with water right before serving, not bottled. Water is available at dispensers on every floor, again the cheapest options and not bottled. - the beach has a few sun beds available, but those are shared with the hotel next door. You can't find one, and the safety deposit tax for towels is 10 Euro. - The fun room had a huge whole as they were fixing something, and it was just covered with a thin wood. Air hockey has a broken plug and was not working. The billiard table was missing chalk, accessories and was almost no good. - You have nowhere to go and nothing to see in Kranevo. Even if you are not confined to an "all inclusive" resort, you have nowhere to go to spend your time if you do not like the hotel. - Lack of parking places. Beware that once you pay they refuse to pay anything back if you leave earlier. Beware because they request that you pay when you check in, instead in the end when you checkout.
