The hotel was very beautiful and pleasant. There were Christmas events in the lobby, Christmas choirs and Santa Claus performed. This is a very big surprise The location was good, customers were close The room was clean and quiet

Cuz location and pretty 🤩 nice facilities! Friendly and helpful, sporty atmosphere! Manager allowed me to check in early + there is a nice spots at and padel courts there! I had fan and pretty quiet and clean in the room 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Good facilities for guests

Faced issue in AC cooling and disturb neighbour rooms and defective bath tube and most annoying that I lost my charger in room and didn't receive any call. The support for my issues was there bus as 5 star hotel you shouldn't face this issue as guest

High quality stay comes at good cost

The room is big, comfortable and bathroom is very big. Hotel is clean and the breakfast was good. It was a prefect stay for the price paid with a high quality.

The shower was only having a very hot water. The bathroom was not having towels, however they provided later.

- room was filled with flies - very humid ac was not working well felt suffocated - had twin bed although i was one person and the duvet in each bed was different which made no sense -pillow was not comfortable

The photos of the place doesn't live up to expectation. Expect to be disappointed.

I booked because the photos on booking.com looked really promising -- it was a bit more expensive than the other options but opted to pay extra to get access to the facilities in the photo. Their staff is amazing, helpful, and courteous.

The hotel is dated. The facilities and amenties are falling apart. I was disappointed with the condition of the sauna, steam room was not working, cold pool isn't cold, my bathroom had flickering lights, the bath tub plug wasn't working. My check-in took 35-minutes. We arrived at 2:30PM and was given the keys to the room at 3:05PM.

Fakeness of 5 stars. Everything had a dirty and smelly thing to it. The hotel tries to mimic luxury but it’s rubbish. Almost everything is broken or not working, toilet stuck leaking, water dripping, things squeaking, TV remote unresponsive, things falling off in various places.

I like how convenient the location from tourist spots like the Zayed Sports, Grand Mosques and etc. Their rooms are also big.

The worst experience ever very ignorant staff

I booked 4 nights for my mother, the room was extremely cold and it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to reach reception or any other service either internal line or external. I found the housekeeping staff who was informed about the same, he said he will inform them to send someone, we requested room makeup which was done but unfortunately uncompleted because there was no water no tooth brushes and as already mentioned impossible to inform anyone if you dont meet the staff accidentally. Second day room was still very cold you turn off the AC it comes on again and again, i went to reception at 10pm I informed the receptionist who told me that he will send someone to fix it and bring water. 1am nothing was done till i went out by myself to bring water from outside. Simply this hotel after check in you are totally ignored you will never receive what you need and your complaint is never taken into consideration. If you need more staff then just hire don’t justify that you are lacking staff and it is busy. Never ever coming back again and would never advise someone to go to this place. Not organized at all!!! Ignorant staff

The receptionists are the only good thing about the hotel, polite and kind.

Everything. Room are very durty, tooo much dusty, The dust in the room and the horrible smell of the air conditioning attacked my allergies. The rom service is extraordinarily bad, it took me 2 hours to receive my food and not everything I ordered came.

Location Great.

Breakfasts and meals over-priced. Guests living in the hotel may not be accommodated in the very same hotel restaurant because they out-source their restaurant to other companies! During fasting period, there is no guarantee that you will get a morning breakfast/imsak because they are staff limited.

A good stay but it could have been better.

Friendly staff,great ambiance however this hotel really needs to find a better way to answer calls at reception.The phone just rings continuously with delayed or no response.This could turn out really badly if someone has an emergency in their room and cannot access help.Further,we waited over 30 minutes for someone to bring our luggage downstairs as the driver was waiting.When we did eventually get through to reception,they said that someone would come but they never did.I had to go downstairs and find the manager who went himself to bring our luggage.This is a good hotel but they need to try to improve the daily operations to ensure that patrons have a pleasant stay.

Overall good and staff were friendly, but we were shocked with the condition of the rooms. Older and more run down than

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice. Noticed small changes to aspects we complained about (eg. Reception sofas were uncomfortable upon check in but changed to a much more comfortable sofa throughout our stay).

The property did not match the photos - it was older, more damaged and run down compared to the photos. AC doesn’t work very well throughout the day despite working well at night. The water in the bath was set to a certain maximum temperature - it got cold it minutes which made the time less enjoyable in the bath.

Rooms were spacious, well organized and spacious. Reception staff highly professional and quick. In-room dining was prompt and delicious.

Decor in hallway appeared aged, corner rooms facade looked worn, however, interiors were well maintained. Front entrance valet could've been more receptive in pointing out underground guest parking.

The facilities are good, the hotel is really good, the room was great, very big, very clean, the staff also nice, but has a club inside and it was a mess outside the room, in the lobby.

It was cold and the air conditioner couldn't heat the room. The door to the terrace was locked and it was impossible to heat the room in this way. A dirty bathtub, strange footprints on the ceiling, a broken closet, a very strange hair dryer. 2 people were indicated, and there were only slippers, one set of towels. There were no bathrobes and toothpaste, only one shower gel. Even the TV couldn't be turned on with the remote control.

Worst 5 star hotel i ever stayed in

It was very close to ADNEC Exhibition Centre where i had word for 2 days

AC was 28 degrees despite calling them for 4 times, no one even bothered to even come and check, couldn’t sleep all night. Only 1 towel in the room. Shower gel and shampoo very watery, couldn’t take a proper shower.
