Would not recommend to come again, very high price for very little things.

They cooked the eggs very fast for you during breakfast and served them on a hot plate, this was a good point.

The room was very filthy and not cleaned! There was dust and spider webs (including 8 spiders) all over the room. In the bathroom, it was visible that the glass wall wasn't cleaned at all. If you have room 6, you have no view of the beautiful park. The pictures of room 6, where we stayed at, aren't even on this website. Breakfast was very little and nothing special, less than shown in the pictures.

Has potential, but needs maintenance

Beautiful old building and location, and they put some money into quality fittings although this seems to have been some time ago. Decent breakfast.

Unfortunately the room we were put in has a damp problem and shouldn’t be rented to guests in its current state. It stank of damp and this made it quite unpleasant to sleep in. A shame as it would otherwise have been a nice room, although in general they don’t seem to be keeping up with the maintenance of the building and grounds so it felt a bit tired and tatty in general. There was a notice telling us to keep a ventilation fan on during the day but this wasn’t working and wouldn’t have been enough to solve the issue anyway. The fact that the shower screen was so short that it was impossible to shower without flooding the floor was also adding to the problem.

Most relaxing and amazing bed and breakfast you will ever stay at.

Olaf and Svenj are an amazing host couple. The property and the rooms are beautiful, the photos in the listing don't do this place justice. The breakfast is a fantastic bonus. This is our second visit, we will be back. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

The B&B Baron's House is very cozy and the rooms are perfect, well equipped and with very individual style. Very good Breakfast and the nearby restaurant Barons Brasserie (just 5 minutes’ walk) is excellent. I would recommend staying at Baron's House as it is quiet and the location is remote enough to be away from the hustle and buzzle in Brussels. Will definitely come back again!

A calm and nice place in the countryside

Friendly and welcoming staff. Gorgeous castle (which is not the actual hotel) and gorgeous gardens and location. Spacious room with non-dubbed TV channels. Quite calm location and it has a cat!!

The building has soul and class and definitely needs a bit more care outside. Specifically with paint and just correct water infiltration/marks. The garden is gorgeous and deserves garden set that lives up to it. More chairs and couches outside. A bit more vases with plants and external lights. For a 4 star B&B, where breakfast is an important part, it should have a bit more choice. Like pastry, after all it's Belgium.

Very nice host! We received some nice hiking advices, the place is surrounded by severals walking/cycling paths. The room was spacious and comfty, we did not miss anything there. The breakfast in the Morning was very complete and tasty! I would definitely reccomend it! 😊

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful setting. Extremely quiet and peaceful. The couple operating the B&B were very friendly and helpful; they made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Unfortunately, the internet service was not stable during our stay.

Relaxing weekend in a unique place

Beautiful calm surroundings perfect for walking in the nature or biking. We had a great breakfast in the outside terrace. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Room very comfortable. We will return for sure.

Location was so serene and amazing we loved it very much. Service was very nice and breakfast was also fresh and delicious. So will definitely come back!

We got our requested room due to me being pregnant in 3rd trimester but the bed could have been more comfortable. No fault of the hotel. In the future, we will come back for another stay!

Het was ok maar ik zou niet nog eens boeken

Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid, de b&b is mooi gelegen en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. De kamer was groot.

Er hingen verschillende stofnetten aan het plafond en de buitenmuur had duidelijk last van vocht. Het douchegordijn was weg want de houder daarvoor was kapot, waardoor het moeilijk werd om comfortabel te douchen zonder heel de badkamer nat te maken. Er werd geadverteerd met een extra groot bed terwijl het gewoon 2 eenpersoonsmatrassen naast elkaar waren die stevig doorzakten waardoor het niet lekker slaapt.
