Wonderful new and spacious apartment.

Spacious apartment in Oud heverlee. The apt was well designed to perfection. Very comfortable in every way. A/C was wonderful, shower, washer, double sinks all great. Coffee machine and kitchen well equipped. The owners were lovely and helpful.

It was fine for us because we rented bicycles, but the walk to leuven took a while. However, there was a bus route that was close by and very easy to use to get into the leuven city center.

Great stop over

Smart, contemporary, very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and respectful. This was a stop over for a long road trip, and it was just off our motorway, but far enough away not to hear the traffic. It was very easy to rejoin our journey afterwards. There is a railway close by, but the only time I heard a train was once I had woken up in the morning, and I only just heard it - it is a very quiet railway. There is a small but sufficient parking area at the rear, which appears very safe. The local heighbourhood appears very good, too, so there are no security concerns. There is a restaurant downstairs, but we didn't eat there, so I can not comment about it. There is a breakfast room on the first floor, but again, we didnt eat there, so can not comment.

The breakfast price is expensive.

Bright, modern and comfortable room. Cosy and everything worked. Good tea, coffee and fridge facilities. Not part of booking the room but the restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast.

Nice accommodation with helpful staff

Very nice and welcoming staff who showed us all features of the room and the separate entrance during the night; cozy little wine bar and nice looking restaurant (we ‘unfortunately’ had another invitation for dinner that night); espresso/coffee machine at the room.

Very good

Large, very clean room with a huge, comfortable bad and good bathroom facilities. The fridge was very useful and the inclusion of a sink, plates and cutlery in the room meant that we could eat in if necessary. Air conditioning worked well on some of the hottest days of August.

Modern, clean hotel. Good on-site secure parking. Good restaurant on site.

Sunday breakfast was from only 8am - too late for us (no takeaway breakfast option was offered) we had to leave at 7.30. Reception was shut / locked up when we left at 7.30 with no provision for leaving keys.

Fijne plek

De kamer was keurig en zeer schoon. Prima douche lekker warm. Goede zonwering en verwarming. Mogelijkheid tot koffie/thee zetten. Fijn bed en matras. Lokatie niet ver van Leuven maar een rustige omgeving. Op de fiets kan je zo naar de stad via een prachtige bosrijke omgeving. Een goed, betaalbaar en lekker ontbijt (heerlijke (koffie) broodjes was ter plekke aan te vragen.

De koffie bij het ontbijt was niet onze smaak en de kamers zijn wat gehorig. Maar dit mocht de pret niet drukken.

Zum Graveln genial. Wer abends weg will hat eher Pech. Auto nach Löwen rein !!

Zum Radln (Graveltouren) sehr cool. Vom Haus aus in die Brabant Wälder. Sehr nice.

Das Frühstück war „übersichtlich“. Qualität sehr gut. Jedoch jeden Tag (6 Nächte) immer den selben Schinken und den gleichen Scheibenkäse ! Das geht besser.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Trip nach Leuven

Sehr ruhige Lage mit super Anbindung mit dem Bus nach Leuven. Einfache Fahrt 3 € und die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Großzügiges Zimmer.

Keine Klimaanlage. Bei den Temperaturen wäre zumindest ein Ventilator gut.

Vriendelijke mensen, mooi gelegen verblijf en goed bed.

Vriendelijke ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Toonde ons de kamer en gaf uitgebreide uitleg. De kamer was reeds goed gekoeld door de airco en de rolluiken van de veluxramen waren reeds gesloten wat een aangenaam gevoel gaf. Kamer voldoet zeker aan de beschrijving. Het ontbijt kan genuttigd worden in een aparte ontbijtruimte. De gastheer is eveneens zeer vriendelijk en staat open voor een praatje met zijn gasten. Het ontbijt zelf is voldoende maar weinig keuze betreffende charcuterie en aanbod van broodjes. De eigenaars doen er alles aan om het hun gasten naar de zin te laten hebben. Wij vonden ons verblijf heel aangenaam.

Ontbijt kan meer uitgebreid worden.
