Everything went perfectly. What really made the difference was the staff, who made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful.
I even asked permission to take some photos together with my partner and the staff, because we wanted to have a special memory and personally thank all the people who helped make our stay so enjoyable.
It was also my birthday during our stay, and they surprised me with a birthday cake and even prepared a beautiful cake-shaped decoration with towels in our room. It was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture.
Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special. We truly hope to see you all again next year!
The only thing we didn’t like was that the experience was too short! :-) But no problem — next year we’ll stay longer!

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and staff. We were treated exceptionally well and given a free upgrade and early check in, we were very happy!
Keycards kept failing and having to trek back to reception to get a new one

The room was nice, the food was good just not enough options it’s the same stuff.
The way the staff talked to us was very bad.
