Was it perfect and a 5* you would expect in Europe? No but neither is the money you pay. Lots of different kind of food available, nice entertainment program, nice for kids, beautiful sea

It's a nice place, but it miss something. The place is nice a quite, the internal animation team if quite useless, while the Italian team from alpitur it's very engaging. The hotel miss a jetty to the coral barrier and the beach is quite bad if you like beach volley. Staff is very nice and warm and we had a relaxed stay

We've just had a fabulous week at Coral Sea. Jacuzzi room was huge with lovely sea view. Staff amazing, food lovely. There were some negatives however, mosquitos were horrendous, staff said the worst they've had in years so take repellent to apply as soon as you arrive. Secondly, the hotel next door as a 'rave ' style party every night on the beach which us beyond loud! Completely spoilt the lovely ambience of the restaurants at the Coral Sea. Lastly, IF YOU BOOK WITH AGODA, BE AWARE YOU ONLY GET ONE FREE A LA CARTE MEAL!! This is not clear on their app, it states you have All Inclusive and A La Carte. TUI guests get to use them 4 times for free, online platform guests only once. The hotel customer relations team were amazing with us about this, adter Agoda told them we'd made a complaint, but it was difficult to get to speak to someone at Agoda to resolve it, and we weren't complaining about the hotel, it was the misleading booking platform.

A wonderful hotel - I couldn't fault a single thing! Great food, great pools, a lovely swimming area in the sea. We'll definitely be going back!
