I had high hopes for this accommodation, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish.
First of all, I was shocked to find that the hotel serves Nescafé Classic – this is the first time in my life I’ve ever encountered such bad coffee at a hotel. It was truly undrinkable.
The food situation was equally bad. The buffet was very poor, with no rich or appealing dishes, and hardly any fresh fruits. It felt like the restaurant manager deliberately chose to serve only the cheapest options. On top of that, there was no buffet theme at all – just the same dull spread every day.
Regarding the staff: most of them never smiled or seemed welcoming. The only exception was the front desk team, who were polite and very supportive. Everyone else looked unhappy or indifferent.
The room itself (5014) had a major issue – the air conditioner was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep.
Lastly, I was looking forward to snorkeling, but that was impossible. The water near the hotel is far too shallow, and there is no way to access deeper water for proper snorkeling.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Poor food, very bad coffee, noisy room, limited facilities, and unfriendly staff – I will not be returning.
