This was hands-down the best hotel experience my family and I have ever had. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to Mr. Michael, the hotel manager, for his outstanding leadership and for personally ensuring our stay was flawless. Mr. Ibrahim, head of Restaurants and Food & Beverage, and his team delivered exceptional food quality and variety at every meal. Mr. Ahmed in Room Service kept our room spotless and handled every request with a smile, and Mr. Ahmed at Pool & Beach Services made sure we were comfortable and having fun every single day. The animation team Max, Bambino and the whole team was incredible with the kids, keeping them happy and entertained while giving us parents time to relax.
Every staff member, from front desk to housekeeping, treated us like family. The aquapark, beach, and activities for both adults and children were top-notch.
