Hotel Facilities are amazing, they think about all guest requirements, any request they do it quickly and friendly, Olympic restaurant team at the pool is amazing and especially Mostafa, entertainment team is amazing very well organized and if i go back they will play big role in this decision, all restaurants providing breakfast, launch, snack, dinner, late dinner are absolutely remarkable in service and food variety and quality. clean, beautiful landscape , any activity you need you will find inside the hotel, we never though to leave the hotel for anything.

AC fan in room was loud, bed mattresses and pillow need review , fixed by house keeping team by apply addition layer on mattress and change pillow as workaround and it worked, but i do recommend review from hotel management

Amazing staff. Lots of food. Great value for money. The beach is beautiful. We were able to see alot of fish life including cuttlefish just walking on the jetty. The swimming pools are very well maintained and lots of activities for the kids.

Can get a bit crowded and loud which is not a problem for us as we have kids who love to be loud :) The bathrooms are a bit outdated and rusty.

Excellent hotel especially if you have kids , aqua park brilliant ! And the good thing was our son loved the fact he was able to go on all the slides !

Just the food hall very busy often big wait for a table .. food especially breakfast very repetitive, we always found something ok but it wasn’t to a five star standard !

The food quality was good, but the variety was limited. In addition, the buffets at the different restaurants offered almost the same dishes, with very little variety between them.

Although we were placed on the “quiet” side of the hotel, the reality was exactly the opposite. Noise from cars and other tourists passed very easily into the room, making it difficult for us to rest. The mattress was in very poor condition — you could actually feel the springs when lying down. Breakfast is advertised as lasting until 11:00, but in reality it ends at 10:00. Also, the water slides close at midday, which makes it difficult to use them during the day. Overall, our experience did not meet the expectations we had.
