The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and the facilities very good with lovely gardens and outlook near the river.
Some people may struggle with the stairs, no lift.

Excellent breakfast and evening meal on both occasions. Service and Staff were brilliant.
Spa was lovely even though it was only small.
We got a little wet going from the lodge room to the hotel or spa, but that wasn't your fault, you can't control the weather!!
Just one small moan, and that there was no Lamb on the dinner menu, my Husband had chicken one night and steak on the other but was wondering if there would be Lamb on as he doesn't eat fish. pork or duck!! For myself I thought it was a good selection.

It’s in a nice location, the breakfast was really nice and the room was nice and spacious with a nice river passing by
It was like a sauna in the rooms it was so hot I didn’t get a wink of sleep neither did my girlfriend
