Riad Fes Baraka Piscine & SPA

A true oasis of calm in the heart of the city. Suraiya and Samir were amazing, and went out of their way to show us sights we wouldn't have seen otherwise. The Riad (over a hundred years old) was beautiful and impeccably clean, breakfast and dinner were delightful. The Riad is slightly outside the Fes El Bali Medina, which I think is better than inside. I would advise guests at this Riad take the five minutes to enter the Medina via the Blue Gate rather than the shortest way in, which is less welcoming and more easily disorienting. Overall we had a terrific stay and if we visit again we wouldn't even consider staying at a different Riad. A real treasure. Thank you for everything!

We had a beautiful time at this lovely Riad, the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. Samir kindly offered to swap our rooms when we asked for ground floor due to my mum being unable to go up and down the stairs. Touria made our stay really comfortable and very quick to offer advice and help whenever needed. The riad itself is elegant and the swimming pool helped us cool down during the heat. The location is also great as only a 5 minute walk to the medina.

I really liked this Riad, but I would recommend getting ground floor rooms if you have any mobility restrictions.

The staff were exceptional- nothing too much trouble. The riad was very clean and well maintained for such an old building.
