Great location. Friendly staff. Brilliant breakfast. One of the most beautiful rooms I’ve stayed in. Rest of the hotel was also stunning. Terrace looking over the medina,
Only thing that didn’t go to plan was having our breakfast ready to take with us when we left early on our last day but the kind staff soon fixed that for us. Service could be slightly slow on the terrace.

My partner and I travel often and we can safely say this is the best service we have had at any hotel. Getta and her team could not do enough for us. Upon arrival, they prepared a complimentary dinner for us given that the restaurant was full. They also escorted us on a 30 minute walk through the medina to a New Year’s Eve party and arranged for a taxi to bring us back to our hotel, as well as escorting us to our transfer bus when leaving Fes. They even prepared breakfast to go because we had an early check out. The hotel was beautiful too. We would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back!!

beautiful rooms, very peaceful but no facilities really
one of the male staff was really rude when we arrived for dinner and we had to wait 40 minutes just to get a soft drink and over an hour for dinner. Food was fine though when we finally received it.
