Hello
First of all, there's no pool at the property, there's a restaurant at the top where you can eat, we had tajine, rice and chicken. The food was delicious and tasty.
Overall the service was good, the small thing I didn't like, I don't think if it's their fault or a FEZ thing, but we walk a lot to get there and the access is like a labyrinth. Once you get inside you forgot your pain lol.
The Location is good and you can easily walk to the taxi and souk.
Thanks

Welcoming staff and a great breakfast every morning. Their restaurant is also amazing and we loved the tajine and chicken and rice. Really friendly staff we met including Amin, Yaseen and Adnan. Would recommend!

The room and bathroom did not look like the pictures at all, but the amazing staff made up for that. They were so kind, helpful, and friendly. They made sure we knew where we were going, set up taxis for us, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was also delicious and the best one we had in Morocco.

If you’re looking for a spot to stay in old town Fes (which I recommend for any tourist experience), this is the place to stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had a comfortable stay. In addition, their restaurant got solid food so we ate there for dinner for our full stay. One of the guys there even offered the jacket off his back for me when it was down pouring right before the Fez Medina tour I book, which really spoke volumes about his hospitality. My friend and I felt safe and comfortable during our time with the staff in our corner!
Just some information about the rooms - a little small but the room is clean. Bathroom has a curtain that serves as a door. The shower is open to the full bathroom where the floor is angled slightly so the water goes down the drain in the corner of the bathroom. This was not a concern for my friend and me but do take this into consideration if you are someone who needs extra space.
Above all, I’m very satisfied with the service Palais Fes Yahya provided. 10/10 recommend
