Excellent staff, nice architecture, very good location, not in the busiest Medina's aerea but it was easy to get there.
Nothing in particular, maybe the gym could focus not only on cardio machines. Prices for breakfast and dinner were a bit overpriced.

Mohammed was especially welcoming and patient. The rooms were a bit dated yet comfortable
Breakfasts were lovely
The courtyard is beautiful.
Did not get to use the hot tub or other amenities, but they looked good.

Nothing bad to say.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location with parking nearby.
It’s very dated, and the pool looked unhygienic. Everything seemed to be cleaned, but cleanliness is difficult with such old furnishings. Our bathroom was down a steep set of stairs from our bedroom, which is odd and inconvenient.
