Riad Al Bartal

We really enjoyed our time at this riad. The customer service was superb. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it was so good! Really appreciated the fresh orange juice, pastries and offerings. We also had dinner our first night there, our bus was quite delayed but the staff stayed late to wait for us. Their service is top knotch!

Dinner was exceptional and very good value

This Riad exceeded our expectations. The rooms are beautiful and decorated in true morrocan style with the highest ceilings I've ever seen. We spent an afternoon listening to music in the courtyard, which was accompanied by the resident parrot, Poulette singing. This was a treat to have Poulett to watch and listen to. I also spent time on the rooftop which was nice with a light breeze. The most amazing thing at this Riad was the food. Everything we ate here was prepared to perfection. The flavors and variety were the best we experienced in our time in Morocco. You can't skip the meals here. My husband is a chef and he only had praises for the food. Last, but not least was the staff. Everyone was wonderful and so accommodating and kind. I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised at everything. The staff also arranged a guided tour of the Medina and Achmed was so knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would not do the Medina without Achmed. He knows this neighborhood.

The only drawback was the individuals that harrassed us in the parking garage. They were aggressive and wanted more money. We did not enjoy this part.

Beautiful space, excellent service, delicious food!

There was nothing we did not like about the property.
