Amazing experience very artistic Riad

The breakfast was superb made even better by being outside. The courtyard was beautiful.

We found it quite difficult to find. The signage outside is not all that clear. A list of restaurants and a map would have been useful

Beautiful Riad and stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful setting up transportation and tours. The lounging areas are beautiful to relax and escape the heat. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is on the outskirts of the Medina which is great for a quieter stay but expect to walk an additional 7-10 minutes to reach restaurants and stores.

All staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate, however only one staff member spoke English for those that may not speak French. More light in the bathroom would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was delicious with freshly brewed coffee or Moroccan Mint Tea, fresh orange juice, and Moroccan breads, jam, honey, local cheese, olives and an omelette……more than substantial and really yummy. Younis Ibtissam and the other people who looked after the Riad were so helpful. It felt like home. Beauifully and traditionally decorated with breakfast under orange trees, it’s an amazing experience. Younis gave us some good suggestions and was always there if we had any questions. Riad Norma is very close to Bab Ziat and the Medina is a 10min walk away. Some lovely restaurants in the vicinity as well. We stayed in the Lucia Suite and it was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the decor and high ceilings.

I’d have loved a coffee or tea in the room but that’s really minor. I would just go down to the gorgeously decorated living area and request for tea and it was lovely
