Exceptional service provided by the entire team. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, reception, spa, restaurant, pool bar, etc...! The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, excellent facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was varied and of high quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't enjoy about my stay. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and the staff made sure every detail was taken care of.

Rooms were v big and v plush

Rooms with Sea view are definitely worth it, stunning views. Hotel is very stylish and relaxed at the same time. Very nicely blended together with the public park. Spa and other facilities are beautiful.

For a 5-star I would have expected more special service, we were offered drinks at the arrival but this is pretty much where it ended. Staff are not particularly looking to make their guests feel special. Spa is 45 EUR per person, also surprising. Sat night there was a party at the terraza miramar (right next to the hotel) and the sea-view rooms could hear everything, until 00.00 - so If're you're not keen on joining the party (like we did) it may be a pain!
