Location, good service by the bellboy, nice view from rooftop, free candies at the front desk
Asked to put a small jar with milk in the free coffe stand in the room. They said they will do so, but never did.
The room was not cleaned for 2 dsys untill we demand it. Not what I expected from 5 star hotel.
There are street renovation outside: bad swear smell and tragfic issues.Should notify guests before making reservation.

1) Location good - easy access to metro, the main centre, and the gothic quarter. 2) Rooftop pool bar is nice albeit cold in February. 3) Nice entrance to hotel
1) the room had no natural light, you had light from the internal lift shaft. 2) The toilet has transparent connection to the shower and offers little privacy.
