The place and the brand (Derby) was exceptional. Staff was excellent, helpful without pretense, and welcoming. The founder's vision is being well executed. Nice job!

I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep.
This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof.
Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area.
The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again.
