The fabulous location, the rooftop restaurant, and the rooftop pool, also the waiting rooms downstairs

The room was stinky from the toilet in the bathroom, I paid extra for this room but it was much worse than the cheaper one I rented there later, the toilet wouldn't still emitting smells from the city sewers, again the other room didn't have this problem. The same thing happened a few years ago but we changed the room right away that year. I would think they would've fixed the known problem with the sewer smells but I guess they don't bother and still charge top dollar for that room. Will never stay there again.

Excellent location. Very easy to get to the marina and gothic quarter with its plethora of restaurants. Very helpful staff.

Initially we were put in a very small room and the third bed was squeezed into the hallway right next to the door. There was lots of noise from other passing residents and all of us had a terrible nights sleep. Fortunately, after raising the issue with reception we were able to move to a much better room. Had we not been moved, we’d have checked out and moved to another hotel. The scrambled egg was cold every morning.
